The picture shows the steps of manufacturing bricks which are used in building construction.

Overall the process of producing bricks appears to be composed of 9 main steps which can be devided into 2 distinct sets of processes.

Focusing on the first part, the first thing that needs to be done is digging the clay from ground with the help of an excavator. After being dug, the material is separated into smaller pieces by using metal grid which is situated above a roller. Then water and sand are added to the resulting clay in order to get thick texture which can be then shaped either with a wire cutter or a mould.

Turning to the second part of the process, shaped bricks are put in the oven to dry for one to two days. After drying they go through two steps of kilning in moderate (200Β°C-900Β°C) and high (870Β°C-1300Β°C) heat. Before packaging heated bricks are kept for 2 to 3 days in the cooling chamber. The process ends with delivering packaged and ready to use bricks to the construction.
