For our new customers who do not yet have experience with all abbreviations, here they are besties 🤗

LIT = Lost In Transit. You send us your return label and we manipulate it by scanning labels as lost after some time it shows up as lost in the tracking. So you simply have to ask customer service for your money back with social engineering

FTID = Fake Tracking ID. You send us the return label and we make sure it says delivered. Even though it didn't reach the company. So it shows up as delivered in tracking, but nothing is there.

RTS = Return To Sender. After your order arrived send us a photo of your package with tracking. After that we will make sure that a fake package comes to your door, you MUST reject/refuse the fake package for some reason (examples); ordered the wrong product / the person no longer lives there. Anything logical and original as long as you reject it and therefore the postman takes it back! If necessary, stick a message on your door

FTIDNA = Fake Tracking Did Not Arrive. After your order arrived, you send us a photo of your package with tracking. And we will make sure that your tracking is adjusted so that it says it has yet to be delivered and that's how it stays. Fake tracking did not arrive it speaks for itself.
