Deliver structured offline training programs for students in emerging technologies and entrepreneurship domains.

Job Summary:
The Trainer / Resource Person is responsible for training, mentoring, and preparing students for industry and entrepreneurship through hands-on programs, assessments, and project mentoring.

Requirements:
Faculty members, trainers, or industry professionals
Strong subject knowledge in applied technologies or entrepreneurship
Good communication and classroom delivery skills
Willingness to travel for program deployment

Financial Details:
Probation Period: First 2 months
Salary during Probation: ₹15,000 per month
Full-Time Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on performance)
Travel, food, and accommodation provided for outstation deployment
