Guess who visited Bliss at Castle Hill today? What a surprise and connection!
Owner of Ikou came today from Central Coast to Bliss at Castle Hill. I didn’t know who she is but find her very familiar. Only after she messages me on Instagram I realize I am her fan!!! I love her products IKOU from my hair to hands including her essential oils. Celestial energy.

Black Garlic is also called Black Gold in Asia. Not only do they have a less pungent flavor after 2 weeks of fermentation, black garlic tastes between dark cacao and licorice and is exceptional as a medicinal ingredient in food making. Some people are against the five pungent ingredients as it is believed to stimulate desires. I personally believe this is up to individual to test it out to see if it true for themselves.
