Can’t related to my friends anymore

As I climb the corporate ladder, I feel like I’m losing friends. Is this normal? I suppose the income disparity also plays a huge part but the priorities and values in my life are also different compared to theirs so I feel like I don’t fit in.
Anyone else feels this way? I’m in my early 30s, currently E5 at Meta, TC around 600 depending on the stonks. Yoe 5, 6 by the end of the year

I do want to say that the talent I have seen in this company is beyond imaginable. Everyone is super smart, and oh so intelligent. I have often boasted about it to my family and friends how amazingly smart colleagues I have.
I guess none of that matters when the leadership isn’t capable anymore to save the company. It’s so discouraging to see such industry-smart colleagues leaving. I’m actively looking as well and I’m 100% confident my skills will land me another job very soon! Just super disappointed with everything going on these days at the company, and I won’t be surprised if these company becomes forgotten very soon!

This is complete bullshit. First of all, most FAANG engineers don’t even hit $500k unless they waste 10 years of their life on this rat race without any social life or freedom. Secondly, even if you finally reach staff at Meta or Google and make $800k, it’s still not a great deal when you factor in the fact that your income is dependent on you being employed, healthy, consistently delivering and performing and sacrificing your personal time often.
Once you cross a certain TC threshold like $600k, an extra $100k or $200k is worth less than work life balance and time with family and friends. So many content creators and course sellers make that much but they own their own business which means they will continue to earn money even if they are sick or not working for a few years and can’t be fired by anyone.

Household TC $550k (wife not in high tech).
We have 4.5M in investments spread across 401k, stocks, education fund, other.
Our house is not included in the 4.5M.
Yearly expense = 220k (includes mortgage, private school, healthcare for elderly parents, travel, cars, etc.)
We live a comfortable life and are willing to reduce cost but don’t want to leave the Bay Area due to our family and close friends.
BUT, I am also burned out and exhausted with the tech rat race and want to retire.
I have done a lot of research but still insecure about pulling the trigger.
Any advice, guidance and reassurance from those who are either in the same boat, or have been in this situation and took some steps… please share!!

I put in about ~8 hours / week, mostly in meetings. Without exaggeration, I owned 0 kingpin goal (Amazon's goal process), resolved 7 tickets, and delivered 1 automated dashboard that I built using chatGPT in 3 days (but said it took 3 months).
I'm a senior TPM with 370k TC in MCoL. My current day-to-day is saying no to other teams wanting to integrate with my team or have them own 95%+ of the integration work.
I've not been informed of any pip headed my way. How much longer will I last?

I’ve reached a point where my side gig of freelance development is earning ~300k or so every year, with very little effort (I outsource most dev work to guys in India, costs me peanuts). I know 300k isn’t a lot but my wife works at Meta so we have a good HHTC. I’m burnt out at my current job (also Meta) too.
I want to still have some job so that I have insurance, and a backup option to stay relevant in the job market. Also good to have a job if my wife is laid off or something. I’m okay to go as low as 200k if I can coast and the job is stress-free.
Thoughts? What companies do folks recommend?

He literally said he quit the team I am interviewing for because they were going to force him to relocate. He also said a few other people just left the team.
