I have observed two major pitfalls among junior developers. Self-taught developers often struggle to find the right resources and maintain consistency. Mentor-guided developers, on the other hand, frequently lack initiative. they wait for instructions rather than actively seeking knowledge beyond their assigned tasks.
To any developer whether self-taught or mentor guided,remember that your growth depends entirely on your internal drive, your commitment to change and the sacrifices you are willing to make.
If you are just starting this tech journey, be honest with yourself. What do you want? What is your roadmap? How much are you willing to sacrifice?
If you have already started but feel lost, pause and reflect. Remind yourself why you began this journey in the first place, and consider the sacrifices your family is making for your success.
Above all,know your "Why."

This sample was SaaS PMS(property management system) i built for my client.....btw በጣም ነው ሚጨነቁት for UI/UX እና ብዙ ነገር notice አርጊያለው ከኛ ሀገር system'och ምን ያህል እንደራቁን most of the time የኛ ሀገር ሰው ሚጨነቀው about performance ነው(performance is the main thing but....)

i think they use dev's for designing the UI😁 እንጂማ skilled designer ሞልቶን
