⚠️ Important — Login Password Reset

Hi everyone,

As part of a platform update to fix SIP connectivity issues and
strengthen account security, we had to reset all customer login
passwords on blablasip.com today.

Your SIP credentials are unchanged.
The username and password you use in MicroSIP, 3CX, Linphone or
any other softphone still work. Your registrations are intact,
your calls go through, and your account history (calls, payments)
is preserved.

What you need to do to get back into the web panel:

1. Go to https://blablasip.com/client/password-reset
2. Enter your email
3. Click the link in the email we send you
4. Set a new password

Shortcut: if you prefer not to go through the reset flow, your
SIP account password also works as your web login. Just sign in
at https://blablasip.com/client/login with your email and the
same password you use for your softphone.

Once you're back in, everything is where you left it: your top-up
history, call records, SIP accounts, and any active campaigns.

Please double-check your caller IDs. Some allowed caller ID
entries may have been affected by the update. Once logged in,
head to your SIP account page and confirm the numbers under
"Allowed Caller IDs" are still the ones you use. If any are
missing, just add them back , outbound calls will be blocked from
any CLI that isn't on your list, so it's worth a quick look
before your next campaign.

We apologize for the inconvenience. This was a one-time operation
tied to the update and will not happen again. Voice traffic was
not interrupted at any point.
