Компания IOTA Foundation сообщила, что кошелек Trinity Desktop готов и доступен для скачивания. Его можно ставить как на Windows, так и на Mac. У приложения много схожих функций с мобильной версией. Также Trinity Desktop поддерживает аппаратные кошельки.
🔽В IOTA Foundation отчитались о выпуске декстопной версии кошелька Trinity. Теперь криптовалюту от IOTA можно хранить и управлять ею на компьютере. Это полноценный релиз бета-версии продукта. Программу Trinity Desktop можно ставить и на ОС Windows, и на компьютеры с Mac OS.
❗️Также напомним, что сначала в мае IOTA выпустила Trinity для мобильных телефонов, а затем принялась за десктопную версию. Альфа-продукт появился в июле. Теперь разработчики утверждают, что Trinity Desktop готов и даже прошел аудит от Accessec GmbH.

Cryptopia, небольшая криптобиржа, представляющая, в основном, активы с малой капитализацией, опубликовала в Twitter неприятное известие о взломе. Представители компании утверждают в своем твите, что 14 января платформа, на которой торгуются цифровые активы объемом около 1 миллиона долларов, «стала жертвой уязвимости системы безопасности».
🔺Сообщение гласит, что взлом привел к «значительным потерям», но точные данные об украденных криптовалютах на данный момент не разглашаются.
Всего тринадцатью часами ранее компания заявляла, что «проводит внеплановое техническое обслуживание», что уже послужило для многих пользователей предупреждением о том, что, вероятно, компания стала жертвой хакерского взлома. Как только высшее руководство Cryptopia узнало о происшествии, данный шаг был сочтен необходимым, чтобы сотрудники оценили ущерб.

Representatives of the company say in their tweet that on January 14, the platform on which digital assets of about $ 1 million are traded “has become a victim of security vulnerabilities.”
🔺 The message states that hacking has led to "significant losses", but the exact data on the stolen cryptocurrencies are not disclosed at the moment.
Only thirteen hours earlier, the company stated that it was “carrying out unscheduled maintenance”, which already served many users as a warning that the company was probably the victim of hacker hacking. As soon as the senior management of Cryptopia learned of the incident, this step was deemed necessary for the staff to assess the damage.
✅After the incident, a team of Cryptopia employees, mainly based in New Zealand, contacted the relevant authorities, including the local police and the “High-Tech Crime Division”. Currently, these organizations have announced the start of the investigation. Representatives of Cryptopia announced the suspension of the activities of the exchange until the completion of a proper investigation.
