JUST IN: 🇺🇸 Gary Gensler's letter on the spot Bitcoin ETF approval makes two things clear:

1️⃣ This happened because the SEC lost the Grayscale case

2️⃣ This "in no way" signals their willingness to approve other "crypto asset securities"
