In a recent Twitter thread, Binance explained that due to the large volume of pending transactions, they decided to temporarily halt #Bitcoin transactions.

They also explained that their team is working on enabling #Bitcoin Lightning Network withdrawals to "prevent a similar recurrence in the future".
