With the #CIC BIM Protocol now focussing heavily on PAS1192-5 I’m counting the hours till I see the first project ever we’ve been involved in appoint a Security Manager and that doesn’t have “TBC” in the EIR’s Security Requirements.

CIC BIM Protocol v2: Information Particulars = EIR + BEP... Oh god, just what we need, more jargon! (& let's not comment on the fact it states teams will resolve ambiguities "having regard to the Information Particulars" - of course BEPs & EIRs never conflict each other)

One major omission from the new #CIC BIM Protocol - an example Responsibility Matrix. Never mind. Feel free to use ours: updated and ready to use. Simply the most important matrix for model production and delivery!
