Things to do in Laylatul qadr 🌙
The night begins at sunset. Do not miss out on the time between Maghrib and ʿIsha'
1. Pray qiyām (night prayer) for as long as we can.
2. Recite Qur’an and do dhikr.
3. Make abundant dua, especially in sajdah.
4. Make sincere repentance and conclude the night with istighfar (seeking forgiveness).
5. Recite this specified dua (on the illustration) in abundance

Isra is the blessed journey of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ from Masjidil Haram to Masjidil Aqsha, and Mi‘raj is his journey from Masjidil Aqsha up to Sidratul Muntaha. This miraculous journey took place during the Year of Grief, a time when the Rasulullah ﷺ was experiencing deep sadness after losing his beloved wife Khadijah (RA) and his uncle Abu Thalib, along with facing immense hardship and rejection. In the midst of this pain, Allah honored His Messenger ﷺ by allowing him to speak directly with Him, Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta‘ala, our Creator and the Creator of the entire universe. And from this beautiful meeting, Allah gifted us something truly special which we now know as the five daily prayers. It is a gift of mercy so that we may stay connected and close to Him, our Lord.
