Edit: they removed it

The reason why xCloud only have one xCloud server (BrazilSouth) for the entire South America region is because it's the only Azure Data center they have in SA.

They're setting up a new one in Santiago, Chile (since August maybe?). I don't say that this will also be a xCloud server, but there is a chance (although xCloud is not available in Chile 🤔).
