I had this bug even when not using Better xCloud so obvisously it wasn't caused by the script.

I can confirm this bug has been fixed when you’re not using Better xCloud. But when you use Better xCloud it happens again.
According to the xCloud dev, apparently there is a bug with Chromium 124+ that causes this.
I’m working on a fix.

xCloud is back (at least for me)

I'm experimenting a new method to fix the laggy video in Better xCloud app on Android TV

Tested on my CCwGTV 4K with DOOM 1993:
- Previous version: struggling even at 720p/Low
- New version: stable at 60FPS + 1080p/High, although the sound still lags behind

So if your Android TV can only play with Kiwi Browser, wait for a few days 😉

Previously when I used Mulch/Thorium WebView on CCwGTV 4k, I got a stable performance at 1080p/High/60FPS. But today when I tried again the stream was stuttering again. I’m still trying to find out why. So this method may or may not improve the performance on your device as I stated few days ago.
