A small reminder: I will still design the app with Android TV in mind, but don't expect to be able to interact with the UI only using gamepad/remote.

You'll still need a bluetooth mouse or an air mouse.

Question: does your controller have a screenshot button that takes screenshot of the entire screen on Android? Which one is that?

If you’re using the official Xbox Series controller, what happen when you press the Share/Screenshot button on Android?

I’m thinking about mapping this button to the screenshot feature in Better xCloud app (won’t work with browser)

# New feature
- Map the Share/Screenshot button on the Xbox Series controller with the capturing screenshot feature. It may also work with other controllers (but not GameSir controllers).

The next version of the script will reduce the file size dramatically (save around 70KB). How?
It no longer includes every translations inside the script. It only downloads extra language if you use it. Smaller size = faster performance.

# Changes
As the previous post stated, this version has a smaller size (283KB vs 360KB) thanks to the move of non-English translations to external files.

You can test by switching between languages and see if anything breaks.

The page will load faster now, especially when you only use English.

Another advantages:
- Translations can be updated without having to update the script
- Adding new languages/translations won't increase the file size (significantly)

The controller shortcuts feature will return in the next version, and it’s even better.

- You’ll be able to set different shortcuts for different controllers.
- The Xbox/Home button is fixed, you can’t change that.

Keyboard shortcuts will come late late late later.

- Pair a controller > go to Stream settings > Shortcuts tab
- Xbox button = any button that opens the Guide menu. If your controller doesn't have this button then it can't be used.

Added new shortcuts to control stream’s volume. Read the previous post for more info.

You can only use/see the “Volume increase/decrease” options when the “Enable volume control feature” is enabled.
