Agar inson har kuni qisqa muddat bo‘lsa ham o‘z hayotini tahlil qilsa, sabab–natija aloqalarini ko‘rsa, o‘z harakatlariga javobgarlikni o‘z zimmasiga olsa, u holda vaqt tezlashmaydi. Aksincha, har bir kunning og‘irligi va mazmuni sezila boshlaydi. Shunda hayot “tez o‘tayotgan jarayon” emas, balki ongli ravishda yashalayotgan tajribaga aylanadi.
“Vaqt tez o’tyapti” diganlar bir o’qib ko’rsin shu postni :)

No matter how exotic human civilization becomes, no matter the
developments of life and society nor the complexity of the
machine/human interface, there always come interludes of lonely
power when the course of humankind, the very future of humankind,
depends upon the relatively simple actions of single individuals.

But his mood had changed. “You can’t build politics on love,” he said.

despotism. Too much freedom breeds chaos. We can’t have that, can we?
And how do you make despotism lovable?”

Past two months I’ve been rarely watching any films, maybe 4-5 a month (at most). Which is considerably less compared to previous months. Anyway, today decided to watch a German film called “Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door” which I added to my watchlist accidentally seeing a reel on instagram. The film turned out to be such a good one and far exceeded my expectations. On its own plot is pretty common but existential. Trust me bro and watch it — it’ll be one of the best 90 minute experience🤍

In the beginning of my journey I would never expect that Dune Messiah will take longer than Dune itself to complete why? well, because Dune is 700 page long whereas Dune Messiah is 250 page long only. However, I was so wrong about it. It took me more more time than what was spent for Dune. The main factor in my opinion was the structure of it — In Dune the story develops linearly while in Messiah it feels like it is stuck in one place. Moreover, it drags you down, it feels much heavier compared to Dune. I must admit though it was an ending it needed for Paul Muad’Dib Atreides’ arch. Overall, it was way more different experience than what i had during Dune and in the meantime mesmerizing (especially last two chapters).

P.s I have a feeling that reading the book will ruin watching experience of the upcoming film adaptation😂💔
But it was necessary..
P.s 14/30. I feel like we’re still in the game✅

Naturally, even if we analyze information accurately and discover important truths, this does not guarantee we will use the resulting capabilities wisely. Wisdom is commonly understood to mean 'making right decisions', but what right means depends on value judgements that differ among diverse people, cultures and ideologies.

Qiziq bir analiz..
Hozirda Nexusni o’qiyapman va bir narsaga judayam e’tiborim tushdi. Avval, Hararini Sapiens kitobini o’qiganim sababli taqqoslab ko’rdim yozuv stilini va qanday qilib Harari fikrini yetkazib berishini. Xullas, hayron bo’gan narsam ikkala kitobda ham Harari judayam tushunedigan va oson hazm qilsa bo’ledigan tilda yozgan kitoblarini lekin aslida berilayotgan tarixiy faktlar va ma’lumotlarni oson tushunedigan dib bo’lmaydi (manimcha). Harari bu haqda podcastda ham aytib ketgan edi, ya’ni “Mening fikrlarimi birlashtirib va tushunarli qilib yozishimga — meditatsiya qilish juda kotta yordam bo’lgan” deb. Juda qizu, qizu…

“But hunger, true hunger, none of us had known, and we began to know it, temporarily, during the two long years in the Sierra Maestra. And then many things became very clear ... we learned perfectly that the life of a single human being is worth millions of times more than all the property of the richest man on earth… They understand well that the pride of serving our fellow man is much more important than a good income; that the people’s gratitude is much more permanent, much more lasting than all the gold one can accumulate.”
I am not here to tell you about right wingy or left wingy stuff. I just wanna say that — a person who witnessed the environment of colonized Latin America with his own eyes — must know something. That something in all possible ways is a — reality. Another thing which surely needs to be appreciated is the fact a very few number of people are brave enough to travel across the Latin America without almost anything which ultimately is the most realest experience.

In Nexsus Yuval Noah Harari in chapter 2 discusses about the types of realities. He argued that before invention of stories there were two types of realities : objective and subjective. Objective realities such as rotation of earth, water becoming ice if temperature is cold enough whereas Subjective realities are pain, love and other feelings which exist in awareness about them. However, since humans created stories, third type of reality was established — intersubjective reality. Currencies, laws, Gods and such are all considered to be intersubjective reality. Meaning that they only exist because we believe in them. For example, bitcoin and its such a high value only exists because we chose to believe in it.
