Twenty-four-year-old Tatjana Schoenmaker completed the race with a time of 2 minutes and 18.95 seconds — breaking the previous world record of 2 minutes and 19.11 seconds set by Denmark’s Rikke Moller Pedersen in 2013. American swimmers Lilly King and Annie Lazor — who clinched silver and bronze — rushed to embrace Schoenmaker in the water while she wept in disbelief.

Days before the first anniversary of the huge explosion at the port of Beirut on August 4, reports claims of a classified report of the FBI investigation from October 2020. The report determined that the amount of nitrogen ammonia exploded was about 552 tons, which is only one-fifth of the 2,754 tons stored at the port since unloading from a ship in 2013. However it is still in known where the remaining quantity went.
Classified documents, allegedly from Iran, reveal secret research into how a cyber attack could be used to sink a cargo ship or blow up a fuel pump at a petrol station.
The internal files also include information on satellite communication devices used by the global shipping industry as well as a computer-based system that controls things like lights, heating and ventilation in smart buildings across the world.
The papers appear to reveal a particular interest in researching companies and activities in western countries, including the UK, France and the United States.
A security source with knowledge of the 57-page bundle of five research reports said it was compiled by a secret, offensive cyber unit called Shahid Kaveh, which is part of Iran's elite Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps' (IRGC) cyber command.
The source said he believed the work is evidence of efforts by Iran to collect intelligence on civilian infrastructure that could be used to identify targets for future cyber attacks.

I slept only 3 hours last night….
Woke up with only one thing in mind: “Start writing something for those who will be left behind. A personal note.”
Then I realized that is a faulty perspective. Why would I write something now for someone to read once it is too late? Why wouldn’t I just tell them while they still have a chance to not be left behind?
Conclusion: think about what you would write to your unbelieving family, friends, and others. Now go and simply tell them! Worst case - they won’t believe, and you can then write it for them for when you’re gone. Best case - they will believe and NOT be left behind!
