So far it looks like the Iranians are informing the U.S. (via third party) about their plans.
If the U.S. will not respond or even threaten to respond in case of a direct Iranian attack on Israel - then no one would consider it as an ally anymore.

Sad days when conservatives in America need to debate on issues that should be a taboo. As I said, antisemitism is flooding the conservative camp and even some evangelical Christian circles.
As a Jewish believer I am caught in the middle because every fiber in me is against the liberal progressive world which many Jews in America were and are part of, yet HATING Jews and blaming them for the problems of the world makes me even more sick.
Neither the Jews nor the conservative Christians are perfect. God has a plan for Israel. Modern day Israel is part of it. God is bringing back His people to their land which He prepared for them. He will one day pour out His Spirit upon them. Until then we need to love, pray, and support that which HE is doing with them, in them, and through them.
“For I will take you from among the nations, gather you out of all countries, and bring you into your own land. Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols.” (Ezekiel 36:24-25)
First comes the physical restoration then the spiritual one.
Don’t wait for the Jews to perfect to love them. Look at God in action and be on His side!

The pro-Iranian militias in Iraq claimed tonight that they attacked the refineries in Haifa with a UAV and in the report of another attack they claimed that they hit a "vital target in the occupied territories"
The "New York Times" reports from Iranian sources that the entire Iranian army is on full alert, and that the Iranian regime has made a decision that the assassination by Israel of senior "Al-Quds" force officials in Damascus requires a direct Iranian response, so as not to damage Iranian deterrence.

The target of the attack may be strategic military facilities throughout Israel, or even a single facility where the attack will be focused. If this scenario does occur, it will present Israel with a dilemma on how to respond, and this also depends of course on the intensity of the attack and its damage - loss of life The scope of the attack and the actual damage to the target. Israel has already made it clear to the US that a direct Iranian attack on it, which comes from its territory, will oblige Israel to respond, and here of course lies the danger of a rapid escalation into an extensive and powerful regional conflict, in which Hezbollah will also join. Presumably this is what the head of the military intelligence meant when he said "complex days are ahead of us". Will the IDF be able to successfully thwart a significant Iranian attack? The answer depends on many variables that are currently not entirely clear. We will have to wait and see.
In my opinion - Iran’s nuclear program is far more important to the ayatollahs than to avenge the death of a few generals which the Iranian media already framed as masterminds behind the general planning of the October 7th massacre. Therefore an attack on an Israeli embassy or target abroad combined with a large dose of drones and rockets fired by the proxies around us would probably be sufficient.
Remember, any direct missile attack from Iran on Israel will cause Israel to have to respond and in that case - Iran’s nuclear sites would make the best target!

The Romans placed above the cross a sign that they have crucified “The King of the Jews”. That same Messiah from the tribe of Judah will return back to His land to save His people and be their king.

1. On Wednesday - a target in Israeli territory "with appropriate weapons".
2. On Wednesday - a target in the Golan using a UAV.

To the best of my knowledge- none of these targets were hit.
