From come-and-try sessions, to watching a real live bout from the (almost) grandstands — come join one of Bear City Roller Derby’s newbie activities to get a taste of this incredible game! Here’s all you need to know:
7 September — Open Day
Come try out skating! No experience necessary! We’ll teach you everything you need to know, and provide you with skates and safety gear.
14 September— Bout Day
Come watch Bear City Roller Derby play a game at Poststadion! Erklärbears will be around to answer any questions and help explain what’s happening on track!
21 & 28. September — Schnuppertraining/trial training
Two trial trainings where you can experience what it’ll be like to take the newbie course and decide for yourself if it’s something you’d love!
October - end January — Newbie course
Become a member of Bear City Roller Derby and learn to skate and play roller derby with us!

Tomorrow our WFTDA20 will take on Dublin Rollerderby (12 am) and Rollerderby Madrid (16.30 pm) in a spectacular doubleheader in Madrid!
We are pumped and hope some of you will cheer for us on the live stream!
