دراسة منهجية البحث الهدف منه هو التعرف على
نوع الدراسة المختارة ...الفئة المستهدفة ومنه حجم العينة

فيه مصطلحات مطلوب انه نفهمها قبل الشرح
Retrospective
يعني انه نروح للارشيف وندرس التقارير السابقه والدراسات للموضوع الي نبحث عنه اكيد الهدف المقارنة
Antrospective
انه ندرس عن شئ مستقبلي ونتابعه بشكل مستمر وبنمر بدراسات كثيرة تمشي على هذا الاتجاه مثل cohort مثلا



الان نقسم الدراسات لنوعين
1-interventional

2-non-interventional
Means observational
A-descriptive
B-analytic
حسب تقسيم الدكتورة بالمحاضرة
لكن في ملزمتها ومصادر اخرى قسموها
انه اللا وصفيه تنقسم لاستطلاعيه ....وصفيه ..ثم تحليلية
والترتيب مهم لانه الاولى بيتم فيها اخذ معلومات اولية والثانية نوصف المعلومات الي حصلنا عليها والاخيرة تفصيل وتحليل المعطيات وربطها بالنتائج واستنتاج عامل خطورة من اجل حل المشكلة
للتوضيح اكثر

هنا لا يتم التدخل نهائيا
1-exploratory
تعني انه دراسة لموضوع معلوماته قليله بالاصح حاله جديدة يعني انه نظرة اولية للموضوع وتتميز انه short duration ونبدا به قبل كل الدراسات واحيانا قد نستخدم طابع المقارنة فيها
من ضمنها مايسمى triangulation يعني ندرس الحالة من عدة زوايا
على سبيل المثال نبحث عن تدني مستوى التعليم واسبابه نسال فيه المعلمين ونسال الطلاب فنحصل على معلومات من different independent sourced فنسميه cross-checked

الدراسة الثانية
الوصفية وتسبق التحليلية

تنقسم لقسمين
Case study :
يعني نتعرف على معلومات خاصة بجهة سواء كانوا امراض او مؤسسات او خدمات ...الخ .تعرف انها small scale على نطاق ضيق
Common in social science and first step to clinical picture
لكن لو كانت large scale بتتحول الى cross- section
غالبا لو تضمن كل السكان بيتحول اسمه من cross section surveys to....census وبيكون خاص بفترة زمنية معينة الي هي ليلة الاسناد الزمني زي ما درسنا بالديموغرافي

وهوغالبا زي ماشرحت الدكتورة بندسه بعدة فترات ماضيه وحاضرة ومستقبل يعني دراسة مقطعية لازمان مختلفة
في حالة كان عددالعينة قليل بيكون معقد لانه مابيعطنا صورة كاملة عن الحالات فربما كان انتشار الحالة نادر ونربطها بقاعدة ....انه انتشار المرض يتناسب عكسيا مع حجم العينة فلما يكن عندي مرض يظهر بصورة نادرة المفروض اني اكبر العينة عشان احصل على كم حالة اقدر ادرس عامل الخطورة واحدد السبب واحل المشكلة ..صح ؟😅

طبعا حسب ما شرحت الدكتورة للسنه السابقه انه تنقسم الوصفية الى :استطلاعية ...عادية ...case study احنا قسمتها بشكل اخر مثل فووق

ثالثا : التحليلية
اولا case study
انه نحصل على عامل مسبب لمرض معين نكن شاكين فيه فناخذ مجموعتين واحدة تتعرض للعامل المشكوك فيه واخرى لا وليكن مثلما قالت بملزمتها حالات diarrhea عند ناس لديهم مصدرين من الماء ثم نحلل ونفصل
ان كان نسبة الاصابة عند المصدر aالي مشكوك به من الاساس يعني انهindependent variableللdependent الي هو diarrhea
نسيت ما اذكر مصطلح
confounding factor
تعنى العوامل المشوشة
في هذه الحالة لوكان المصدر المائي b هو السبب بحدوث الاسهال اكثر من العامل aالمشكوك به يعني نلغي مباشرة العامل ونبحث عن عامل اخر من العوامل المشوشة
المهم بهذه الدراسة انه احيانا يكون صعب الحصول على مجموعتين تشبه بعضها في الخصائص ومن عيوبه ايضا انها غير دقيقة

تتم عبر اشراف طبيب يراقب الحالات ويعمل monitoring لهم كل فترة ربما كل اسبوعين بفحوصات وادوات القياس ويتوصب لنتيجة معينة يعني فكرتها يشرف على تحقق الخطر قبل ما يحدث المرض الى ان يحدث
مزاياها انه دقيقة جدا ولو طبقناها ما نحتاج نروح للي بعدها وهي التجريبية experimental كما يقولوا

لكن عيوبه كبيرة وهي انه
تحتاج تكلفة ...تحتاج سنين ...من شروطه انه تكتب كل مريض ضمن الدراسة وهذا صعب بسبب population movement
