طبعا كان الشرح عبارة عن شرح الطلاب ...
والمحاضرة الجاية بتكون بنفس الطريقة
عن ال Liver cirrhosis
و يمكن ال pancreas ... حضروها وخليكم مستعدين..

1- محاضرة باثولجي مع الدكتور امين عقبة
المحاضرة الثانية Renal
كمل فيها مواضيع
( Glomerulonephritis- Pyleonephritis- Cytic renal disease- Renal Blastoma[ Wilm's Tumor ])
والمحاضرة الجاية
بيكمل فيها ال Renal Cell Carcinoma

2- إختبار باراسايت عملي للمجموعات [ 2-3-4-5]

1- محاضرة فارما مع الدكتور عدنان في ال Antimicrobial .... اخذ موضوع ال Anti- Fungal

واتكلم عن الاستخدامات الغريبة والمميزة لل vitamins ..

🤕Viruses causing Aseptic meningitis :in younger than 10years mainly is bacterial meningitis but over 10 y mainly viral meningitis.
🦠Coxsackie,Echovirus 90%
🦠HSV_2 in acute phase
🦠HIV in initial phase
🦠Mumps in unvaccinated C.
🦠Lymphocytic choriomeningitis V


🧠Viruses causing meningoencephalitis/encephalitis:
🦠HSV_1 most common mainly in infant
🦠Rabies virus
🦠Arboviruses
🧬 West Nile virus
🧬 EEE
🧬 WEE
🧬California encephalitis V


🥴Virus that cause poliomyelitis:
🦠Poliovirus
95%asymptomatic


🏝Transverse myelitis(tropical spastic paraparesis):
Unable to walk after 10years ,endemic in Caribbean.
🦠Caused by HTLV-1


🚑Acute postinfectious encephalomyelitis caused by:

🤖Guillain-barre syndrome(HIV,EBV,CMV)
🎃Reye's syndrome(influenza B,VZV,adenovirus)

احنا اعضاء مجموعة الباثوو في اللجنة العلمية .. وفي مقدمتنا د/ كريم الزعزعي ..

فكرنا انو نعمل مراجعة لشرائح معمل الباثولوجي نتيجة لقرب الامتحان ..

بحيث كل يوم نراجع موضوع من المواضيع المقررة علينا في المعمل بداية من ال Cell Injury وصولاً الى ال GIT ..

بنراجع في كل Chapter :

1- فكرة مبسطة مختصرة عن الموضوع .. تتناول الاشياء اللي بنشوفها في سلايدات الدكتور ..واللي نحتاج تكون في بالنا عشان لما نشوف السلايدات نقدر نميزها ونستوعب افضل ..

2- بننزل صور الشرائح ( السلايدات ) من ملف الدكتور .. ومع كل شريحة بياناتها :
-Diagnosis
-Characteristic features
تماماً بنفس طريقة اسئلة الدكتور. .
وبتكون ب #هاشتاغ معين لسهولة الرجوع اليها...

✨ Cell Injury ✨ Pathology Lab 1✨


🌚 مثل ما كلنا عارفين ان عوامل ممكن تكون Chemical / Physical / Biological وغيررررها ( مش موضوعي الان) ولكن نقول انه في Srress
يجي يأثر في الخلايا

🌛اذا كان Mild بيعمل ال Reversible
عشان يساعدها تعمل حاجة اسمها Adaptation
على هيئة :-
💫1- Hypertrophy :

لو كانت Gross بلاحظها Thickning
واذا microscope بلاحظ الخلايا حجمها زايد ولونها اغمق ..
كمثال عليها في ال Heart
لما يحصل Malignant Hypertension
بزيد المجهود على عضلة القلب فبتحاول تتكيف مع هذا الشي .. فيزيد حجم الخلايا ويصير Hypertrophy

💫2- Atrophy: decrease in the size ,colour become paler

طبيعي بنشوف حجم العضو اصغر ..

تكون بسبب إنقطاع ال Supply الواصل للعضو
ممكن بسبب Stroke and Ishemia ..مثل ال Brain
ومش ال Brain contains Gyri / Sulci على شكل انخفاضات وارتفاعات
طبيعي بتضمر ال Gyri فتبين ال Sulci اكبر ..

وممكن يكون إنقطاع لل Nerve supply مثل ال Skeletel muscle ويحصل لها Neurogenic Atrophy
والعضلة في هذي الحالة بيصغر حجمها ويصير لونها ابهت ..

💫 3- Hyperplasia:- increase number of cells

غالبا بيحصل مع كﻻا من ال Uterus/ Lactating breast ... لل pregnant وبعد الولادة. .. Physiologically

Uterus: Hypertrophy + Hyperplasia
Normal Breast: Mostly fat / Little gland
Lactating Breast : Glands With new Fats
وال Pathology ممكن في حالات ال Neoplasm

💫 4- Metaplasia:-
Convertion of Tissue type to another due to certain stimuli ..
معروفة
وتحدث في ثلاث اماكن شهيرة :-

-💥 Esophagus: ( Barrett esophagus)
Due to GERD [ Acid reflex from stomach to Esophagus]

Normal : ( Seqemous Epithelium )

Metaplasia: Colomnur epithelium with goblet cells (Colomnur = Glands similar to stomach to cope with acids[ Adeno ] )

-💥 Lung ( Seqemous metaplasia of lung )
Due to Smooking

- Normal : Psuedostratified epithelium cillated with Goblet Cells

- Metaplasia: Stratified Seqemous

☄ Urinary Bladder :-

Due to stress applied on bladder ( Catheterization or Urinary Tract obstruction)

- Normal: Urothielial ( transitional epithelium)

- Metaplasia: Stratified Seqemous

💫 5- Dysplasia:
Lose of differentiation/ Lack of orientation
يعني مثل ما احنا عارفين ..
لو كان معانا Stratified Seqemous مثلا
اول طبقة بتكون Cuboidal-to-columnar و تبدء تصغر تصغر لما توصل للطبقة السطحية تكون Squamous بترتيب معين ..
بس ممكن تفقد هذا الترتيب وتكون عشوائية اسمي هذي الحالة Dysplasia ..

Ex:- Cervical dysplesia :-
abnormal cell growth occurs on the surface lining of the cervix or endocervical canal, the opening between the uterus and the vagina.

يعتبر مثل ما انتو عارفين Precancerous
ممكن يحدث بسبب Humon papilloma Virus( HPV او ممكن بسبب اخر ...

💫 6- Cellular swelling (or cloudy swelling) :-

may occur due to cellular hypoxia, which damages the Na-K pump; it is reversible when the cause is eliminated.

Cellular swelling is the first manifestation of almost all forms of injury to cells. ...

Hydropic change refers to the accumulation of water in the cell ( Swelling)

Ex : Renal Tubule Hydropic Change

🛑 NOTE:-

في الخلايا اللي مالهاش القدرة على الانقسام
مثل ال Heart , Brain , Skeletel muscle
بيحصل عندي Hypertrophy او Atrophy و اكيد ما حيحصل Hyperplasia ولا metaplasia لانها مثل ما قلنا غير قابلة للإنقسام ..

طبعا نفرق بين ال Gastroesophageal junction

وال Metaplasia

انو اذا كانت
Colomnur epithelium without goblet cells ( Stomach)
Colomnur epithelium with goblet cells ( Barrett esophagus)
طبعا في الحالتين هذا عيكون مجاور لل
Non- Keratinzed Stratified Seqemous
اللي هو في النورمال Esophagus
