Benign hypertension is associated with marked left ventricular hypertrophy but malignant hypertension is associated with mild left ventricular hypertrophy ?

Answer:
This occurs according to duration ...when the duration is short as malignant form, the change will be less and mild but in benign the opposite will occur

Occurs when the antibody attacks the antigen presented on cell surface or the basement mambrane

But in case of an organism >> the antigen is presented on cell surface ❗️❗️
But here it is a 🌹protection 🌹.. not a type of hypersensitivity reactions ...

الجهاز المناعي له ناحية إيجابية وله ناحية سلبية ..
الناحية الإيجابية >> دفاع عن الجسم ضد الميكروبات والخلايا الغير طبيعية والخ

الناحية السلبية >> الهايبرسنسيتفيتي و القرافت ريجيكشن والاتو اميون والخ..

فممكن ال antibody يرتبط بال Antigen على ال cell surface ..
اذا كان self cell مثل ال RBCs بقول hypersensitivity
اذا كان invading organism بقول شكراا هذا protection شي انا احتاجه

🌺 لو في واحد دعس مسمار ..
بيعطوه Anti- tetanus ؟
هو عبارة عن ايش ؟ عن Antibodies من مصدر حيواني .... لذلك لما تحقنها بالجسم .. ممكن يكون الانتي بدي هذا معاه انتيجين يعتبر ك foreign للجسم وفي بعض الحالات ممكن يتسبب في Hypersensitivity reaction type 3 ..
يقوم الجسم يطلع له Antibody
الان كمية الانتيجين اللي دخلت الجسم كبيرة excess ..
فبالنهاية يتكون عندي immune complexes وتؤدي الى ظهور الاعراض ...
وهذا الخبر اسمه serum sickness

ويعتبر🌷 self limited🌷 لانو بنعطيه single dose و بيكمل الانتيجين بعد شوية

لانو ال antigen اللي احنا نتكلم عنه بتنتهي من الجسم .. قبل ما ياخذ الجهاز المناعي وقته وتطلع ال Antibody ..فما تطلع الا بعد نقصان الانتيجين وما يحصل تراكم لل Immune complexes ... فما يصير عندي الserum sickness
