Digastric triangle mnemonic:

🔹tetanus ( الكزاز)

▪️الجرعة 0.5 مل.
▪️العبوة جرعة واحدة فقط.
▪️تعطى ٲعلى كتف اليد الٲقل استخداماً.
▪️تعطى خمس جرعات حسب الآتي :
1️⃣ الجرعة الٲولى تعطى في ٲي يوم ويفضل ٳعطاءها للمرٲة الحامل في الـ begining in 2nd trimester.
2️⃣ الجرعة الثانية بعد شهر واحد من الجرعة الأولى.
3️⃣ الجرعة الثالثة بعد ستة ٲشهر من الجرعة الثانية.
4️⃣الجرعة الرابعة بعد سنة من الجرعة الثالثة.
5️⃣الجرعة الخامسة بعد سنة من الجرعة الرابعة.

▪️ يكسب اللقاح في الجسم مناعة حسب الجرعات كالآتي :
1️⃣الجرعة الٲولى --> لا تكسب مناعة.
2️⃣الجرعة الثانية --> لمدة 3 سنوات.
3️⃣الجرعة الثالثة --> لمدة 10 سنوات.
4️⃣الجرعة الرابعة --> لمدة 15 سنة.
5️⃣الجرعة الخامسة --> مدى الحياة.
