في رحلتك الطبية، ستعرفُ أن الطبيب يجب أن يَتحمل الضغوطات، يجبُ أن يتعامل مع المشاكل بمرونة، يَجب أن يكون أكثر الحاضرين هدوء. الطَبيب الحقيقي بحاجة للكثير من العوامل التي قد لا تؤمنها الدِراسة… ووحدها الحياة من تستطيع فِعل ذلك..

#الديدان Helminth/worms 🪱 :

✴ اول شي الديدان هي عبارة عن طفيليات parasite تتطفل و تعيش على عائل / حاضن/ مٌضيف host و تتغذى عليه وفي العادة ( في الامعاء : intestine)

✴ لما شخص يصاب بالديدان تسمى الحالة = helminthiasis

✴والادوية يلي تستعمل لقتل الديدان تُسمى = Anthelmintics

✴ الشخص المصاب بالديدان في اعراض معينة منها :

✅anemia :
حتجد ال eosinophil ⬆️عالي
✅Abdominal cramps
✅Diarrhea or constipation
✅Perianal ithching ( espically oyuris)
✅Drooling( in chlidren)

✴ في 5 انواع شائعة جداً وهي :

🪱Entamoeba
🪱Giardia = Giardiasis
🪱Enterobis= oxyuris= pinworm دودة دبوسية
🪱Ascaris
🪱Ankylostoma

💡 قاعدة :

❌ممنوع تصرف دواء للديدان حتى تعمل تحليل للبراز Stool test حتى تتأكد من نوع الدودة ، لان كل نوع له علاج .
