Bloody Diarrhea.. caused by E.coli ( 157.H7 ) , shigella, Or Campylobacter..

بيصير عنده بعدها Immune reaction بعد اسبوعين
يحصله له Hemolysis:-
يعني Pallor , ممكن لو Severe Jaundice
بشوف في ال CBC ناقص ال RBCs
وكمان Retics عالية بسبب الهيمولايسيز
ولو عملنا له Blood Film بنشوف Schizocytes او نسميها Helmets cells

ويجي بأعراض ال Heamaturia وممكن Acute renal failure ..

وبسبب التفاعل المناعي يحصل Microangipathy و Microthrombus بالتالي يحصل Depletion لل Platelets ويجي برضو ب Thrombocytopenia
