بعض الملاحظات اللي كان يجيبهم الدكتور عبد الرحمن الهادي بمحاضره hemolytic anemia

ماشا💛:
في حاله IDA المهم أنه نعالج causes

في حالة hemorrhagic anemia في الأطفال مش فقط الحوادث ما ننساش vit k deficiency

مريض sick cell anaemia لما يتعرض ل fever , infection أو حتى المطرررر يتعب

اتكلم عن ال 5th disease وقال عنه بيكون في fever and rash
لكن 6th disease بيكون في rash من دون حمى ،الحمى تجي شديد وما يظهر الرش إلا وقد اختفت الحمى

الثلاسيميا ما نقدر نشخصه إلا بعد سته أشهر إلى سنه لأنه Hb f بيكون زايد عندهم

بيحصل معناocclusive in small vessels in small bones يؤدي الى swelling ,pain يكونين اصابيع يده توجعه

وتكلم على blood pherasis أظن كان يقل إنه العلاج الحديث ل سيكل يا انيميا ماكنت اسمع ايش يقل عليه

وفي كمان قال كل ال hemolytic anemia normocytic عدا thalassemia تكون microcytic

-العرض الوحيد اللي ممكن يصيب واحد عنده sickle cell trait هو GBS في فترة لاحقة من عمره .

-vaso-ocluisive Syndrome.
مش مقتصرة فقط على العظام والمفاصل يمكن تجي ايضا في الميسنتري،
الدكتورة صادف حالة شخصوها مبدئيا إنها آبنديسايتيس وحولوها على أنها كذلك، لكن لما وصلت الدكتور عملوا له فحوصات تحضيرية قبل العملية طلعت الحالة SCD وتعاني من ميسنتريك vaso-oclusive syndrome.

-post-viral(acquired) pure RBCs aplasia.
صادفها الدكتور أكثر من مرة،

باقي النقطة حق الRBCs الكبيرة اللي تظهر في الفحوصات كأنها WBCs وتعمل بايس في CBC،

Abraham:
ايوه الجهاز هو مبرمج انه اي خليه فيها نواه يعتبرها wBC لكن لان ال RBC بتخرج immature فبيعتبرها WBCs

ماشا💛:
كان يقل السبب لأنه RBC متجمعات مع بعضهن البعض هي الي تخلي الجهاز يقرأها على إنه WBC

وكمان قال شكل الاصابع زي المغزلي لأنه بيكون الجوينت ال proximal and distal مدببين بعدها تختفي بعد ثلاث سنوات

وزيد نسينا هذك لما قال في حاله sick cell anaemia بيكون عندهم برضو تفحص ويطلع لك Hb A ما نعتبر الفخص غلط هذا بيكون اصلا جاي من دم ال doner.
