تقسم الى مجموعتين

⭕️المجموعه الاولى:-

⬅️المخمره للاكتوز
Lactose fermenter
مثل:-
🔸Escherichia
🔸Klebsiella
🔸Entrobacter
🔸Citrobacter
ملاحظات مهمه جدا تساعد في التشخيص حول هذه المجموعة:-
1⃣-كلها مخمرة للسكر وتعطي مستعمرات ورديه داخل MacConkey agar
2⃣جميعها تعطي نتيجه A/A داخل وسط TSI او KIA
3⃣جميعها oxidase negative
4⃣الوحيدة منها Indole positive هي E.coli
5⃣ -الوحيدة منها التي تعطي H2S positive هي Citrobacter
6⃣-كلها متحركه ماعدا Klebsiella
7⃣-كلها Citrate positive ماعدا E.coli
8⃣-كلها منتجة للــ Gas

⭕️ المجموعة الثانية :

⬅️غير مخمرة للاكتوز
Non Lactose fermenter
( NLF)
مثل :-
🔸Proteus
🔸Pseudomonas
🔸Serratia
🔸Providencia
🔸Morganella
🔸Shigella
🔸Salmonella

ملاحظات مهمه تساعد في التشخيص:-
1⃣-كلها غير مخمرة للاكتوز وتنتج مستعمرات صفراء او colorless في MacConkey agar
2⃣-جميعها تعطي K/A ما عدا
☞Pseudomonas
تكون K/NC في وسط KIA او TSI
3⃣- كلها متحركه ماعد Shigella
4⃣-جميعها Oxidase negative ماعدا Pseudomonas و Vibro تعتبر positive
5⃣-المنتجة للــ H2S
➢Proteus
➢Salmonella بكميات قليلة في

6⃣-يستخدم Indole test للتفريق بين Proteus Vulgaris التي تعتبر ve+
عن Proteus Mirabilis والتي تعتبر
negative

🔹Hot air oven ....used for sterilization of glass petri dishes ,pipettes and rubbers.
depends on moist heat ,sterilized by dry heat .
At 160 -180 (160 for 30 min ,180 for 15 min )
For drying 60 -70 for short period .

🔹Incubator ...used for growing bacterial cultures at 37 c for 24 hrs
