نتيجة خلل جيني في ال Regulatory protein اللي تنظم ال Cell Growth لل Shwan cells , Fibrocyte ...

بتظل تنقسم بطريقة عشوائية غير منظمة >> فيتكون الشكل اللي بتشوفوه ..

هو طبعا بيكون 2 Types

Type 1 :-
يكون بظهور ال Nerofibroma على الجلد
اما تكون على ال Skin بشكل مثل الصور Lumps on or Under skin
او skin pigmentation
وتظهر في العين :- Lisch Nodules

Type 2 :-
اخطر لانو تأثيرها على ال Cranial nerves
وخصوصاً Aucoustic nerve (8th)
( Aucoustic Neuromas )
وهذي ممكن تعمل له Compression وبالتالي Diffness

❗️ Diagnosis:
Nuerofibroma type 1

❗️ft:-
Abnormal (solid / hard )skin lumps which doesn't crustatate

❗️ Diagnosis : Milder neurofibroma

❗️ ft :
Few Lumps on skin and
Caife au liate macule ( pigmentation)

يعني ال Autosomal Chromosomes عددها 22المفروض كل واحد زوجين 44
هذا الكروموسوم رقم 21 .. موجود 3 ازواج

It is usually associated with physical growth delays, mild to moderate intellectual disability, and characteristic facial features.
يتأخر نموه ، يمكن عنده تخلف عقلي ، ووجه معين
طبعا المريض مع التاهيل والتدريب ممكن يستمر في حياته ويتحسن وضعه ..

أهم ثلاث خواص له،
يشخص بها..
flat facial profile.
oblique palparal fissures.
evident epicanthtic folds.
Flat nasel bridge
