بعد ما انتهينا من دراسة الباثولوجي ع مستوى الخلية،
الآن وقت نشوف الباثولوجي ع نطاق أوسع-ع مستوى النسيج.

وبسم الله نبدأ موضوع الinflammation..
وعنبدأ اليوم بالنوع الacute منه..

كذا نسترجع مع بعض الملامح العامة من الجانب النظري لموضوعنا،

عشان ما يكونش فهمنا للعملي في معزل من دارستنا في النظري،

الالتهاب الذي هو
local response of the living vascularized tissues to injury.
يهمنا فيه الآتي:
1- Causes. (Infection, necrosis, immune reactions...).

2- Mechanism:
Has Two major compnents..
i- Reaction of blood vessels.
ii- Leukocytes and cellular events.

أو مع شيء من التفصيل نسميها،
الsex Rs of acute inflammatory response:

والذي هي كالتالي:
a- Recognition of causative agent.
b -Reaction of B.Vs.
c - Recruitment of leukocytes to the site of injury..
d - Removal of the caustive agent.
e - Regulation of inflimmatory response.
f- Resolution and Repair.

3- local signs of inflammation في زوايا النجمة الخمس
( Rubor, tumor, dolor, calor, and functio laesa).


4- Systemic Effects.. ( Fever, increase of acute phase ptns, changes in count of leukocytes, increase pulse pressure, anorexia, malaise, DIC in severe cases, shock..)

5-Outcomes of Acute Inflammation..
وهذا عتجسر لنا الإنتقال لقادم الدروس..

أو في كثير أحيان يحصل resolution،

6-وأخيرا معانا موضوع:

1-Signs of acute infalmmation:

Grossly:
الخمس المذكورة فوق..

and microscopically..HallMarks of acute inflammation( 🗣commit them to ur gentle mind).

i -Acute inflimmatory infilterate.
يتكون من:
A- neutrophils أساساً.
خصوصا في الbactrrial..
B- esionphils.
نادرة مثلا في حالة الallergy and parasitic infection..
C-plasma cells.
D- lymphocytes.
في الviral تحديدا..
E- Macrophages.

ii-congested Blood vessels.
iii- Edema..

3- Morphologic patterns:

a- Acute serious inflammation.
نفس الهلماركس حق الإنفلامشن لكن الedema تكون prominent وأكيد لأنه تكون من transduate.

b. Acute fibrinous inflammation.
هذا يكون فيه fibrin بكثافة،
وأكيد تكون من exudate..

C. suppurative inflammation
وأهم علامة له هي حاجة يسموها الpus..
كيف أعرفه؟!
زحمة خلايا نيتروفيلس معظمها متحلل ونسيج متحلل وخلايا دم حمراء يعني عيكون لو السلايد إيزينوفيلك..

وهذا ع نوعين:
localized: abscess..

Diffuse:
وهذا ع نوعين أيضا:
cellulitis
لكن مش مقرر علينا سلايدات لهذه..
phlegmonous.
وهذه معانا كمثال عليها سلايد في الacute appendictis..

وعنأحذها بكثير إستفاضة في الGIT..


D.Ulcertive inflammation.
وهذا مهم ومن المعلومات اللي لازم تكون في رؤوس أصابعك لأنه لازم تميزها عن الmalignant ulcer..

وهذا النوع الذي يحدث عند الsurfaces ونقسمها بحسب الstage ل acute and chronic..
ومعانا كمثال لها الPeptic ulcer..
