If you’re here, you already know what Bareborn stands for.
You’ve seen the TikToks. Maybe you’ve even used the product.
But this space isn’t just for marketing. I’ll drop raw thoughts, lessons, articles, books, things I don’t post anywhere else, and stuff I get asked a lot. No spam. Just ad-hoc stuff that is important to share.
And hopefully my sharing helps you grow.
If there’s a topic or discussion you want to open up, use the discussion tab or DM me directly.
Let’s grow. Let’s build.
Let’s stay unconquerable together. 👊

I was evaluating an investment deck today and came across a company implementing the “20 Mile March.”
This came from a book that a read previous: ‘Great by Choice’ by Jim Collins.
The book compared companies that thrived through chaos vs those that didn’t.
The difference wasn’t luck — it was discipline.
The best ones didn’t sprint when times were good or slow down when things got tough.
They just kept marching 20 miles every day, no matter the weather.
It’s the same in life.
Most people go hard when they’re motivated, and disappear when they’re not.
But life doesn’t reward intensity — it rewards consistency.
Your 20 Mile March might be showing up at the gym, spending an hour with your family every day, reading a few pages before bed. Because once you build that rhythm — discipline becomes identity.
So what’s your 20 Mile March?

I’ve been in the same job for 3 years now.
And I think it’s about time.
This will be the 5th job I’ve changed in the last 10 years.
Every move so far, I’ve optimized for learning. But maybe now, it’s time to start earning. Hopefully, I can find both.
As Garry Tan (CEO of Y Combinator) once said: “At every job you should either learn or earn. Either is fine. Both is best. But if it’s neither — quit.”

SOLD OUT!
Sorry guys, we have ran out of stock. Version 2 will be out, hopefully by end November.
Till then, there’s gonna be a time gap since I’m so used to spending time on this brand.
If there’s anything you want me to share here, do let me know:)

I was at an AI event yesterday attended by investors, AI founders, government, corporates.
Here’s what I gathered:
What AI will replace
• Jobs that are repetitive and require little to no judgment
• Jobs with no social accountability
• Jobs where the output matters more than the person doing it
Basically: if your work is predictable, structured, and measurable - AI will do it faster and cheaper.
What AI won’t replace (for now)
• Roles where society expects a human to “take the blame” when things go wrong
• Blue-collar jobs (until humanoids become real at scale)
• Jobs built around human interaction and trust
• Jobs that require true judgment, nuance, and context
These are the roles where responsibility, risk, and relationships still matter.
Conclusion
AI will replace parts of almost every job.
And ironically, the jobs people look down on today - the so-called “undesired” blue-collar roles - may end up being the safest. Just look at Australia:

Not medical advice, and not promoting any brands.
But for the longest time, I have been feeling tired throughout the day no matter how long I slept.
So I asked ChatGPT what nutrients men typically lack from diet and here’s the results:
-Vitamin B6, B9, B12
-Magnesium
-Omega 3
-Zinc
Apparently, these fix 70% of the fatigue, low mood, poor sleep, inflammation, and slow recovery.
Gotta say, ever since taking these stuff. I no longer feel tired or have brain fog during the day. Mad…

Guys, please note that there’s a fake seller selling my product on TikTok. I only sell through my own official store and channel.
The worse part is, my product doesn’t not even appear when searching for my brand name

I have lost 50% of my stock portfolio since I started Bareborn. 🤣Think I’m losing focus by doing too many things. What do you guys think?
