#EarthcareNotWarfare

We recently visited Olympic Dam to stand in solidarity with those defending Country, water, and Indigenous rights.

Powerful graffiti at the site highlighted concerns about water theft and the call for Land Back, reflecting the deep concerns many communities have about water extraction, the ongoing impacts of mining, and the importance of respecting First Nations sovereignty.

Our visit comes as recent changes to the Roxby Downs Act and Indenture have granted BHP 50-year copper-uranium mining rights. Campaigners and Aboriginal groups have criticised the process, saying Traditional Owners were denied meaningful consultation and that their concerns were ignored. Questions have also been raised about the limited consultation period and the delayed application of Aboriginal heritage protections.

Water is life. Water is sacred.

Mural in Gadigal / Sydney calling for the closure the US spy base which has operated in central Australia since 1966. Anti-war & anti-colonial activists from around the continent converged on the facility in recent days to demand the site be returned to it's traditional owners, the indigenous Arrernte people.
The US government has designated the Italian collective Autistici/Inventati, which produces the infrastructure of NoBlogs.org, a "Specially Designated Global Terrorist," freezing their assets and prohibiting all transactions with themβ€”β€”citing their "far-left" politics and the fact that they have provided services to "anti-fascist" groups for justification.

Autistici/Inventati is an activist-oriented tech project that offers encrypted communications tools, email, web hosting, secure chat, and video conferencing platforms for users who prefer to stay off corporate grids.

This is what the US government is shutting down as "terrorism."

Early Thursday morning on Aug 6th, the Barr Engineering building in Duluth, MN was infiltrated, ransacked, and devastated.
Barr Engineering is an outfit of extractive industry sycophants who enable companies to make fortunes harming the planet by acting out a pageant of "remediation" whenever the damage is too public.
Barr Engineering is another thin coat of green on some of the most egregiously green-washed corporations like Enbridge and Rio Tinto. If co-signing this destruction wasn't bad enough, they also suck at their jobs. They made frac-outs worse and covered breached aquifers in concrete throughout Enbridge's Line 3 Project and will continue to elaborate on the damage of the Line 5 Project Enbridge is currently doing in Wisconsin and Michigan.
As punishment, we did THE COOLEST THING EVER:
We entered through a window, assembled incindiary devices in the offices, and wished for the best. But we also plan for the..
On Norway’s Oslo fjord, activists battle Chemring Nobel’s plan for Europe’s biggest explosives plant #StopChemringNobel

β€šOn 2 April this year, a group of activists occupied an abandoned military barrack in Hurummarka, a region on Oslo’s fjord, just south of the Norwegian capital.
They had no access to clean water, and improvised a solar system for electricity to be able to stay in an old house on a shooting range that’s lain inactive for a decade.

All this because one of Europe’s leading arms manufacturers, and major Nato supplier, Norway’s Chemring Nobel, wants to build the continent’s largest explosives factory on that very land.
The area that has become its own minor conflict zone is nestled in a small valley in Hurum – although the area for the complex’s feasibility study spans an enormous 22 square km.
Five months after occupying the space, the activists from Norway plus other Nato member states have been holding events for the public, dealing with occasional police interference, while maintaining anonymity….β€˜

Wish political prisoner and antifascist Bogdan Yakimenko a happy birthday!

Tomorrow on September 3, Moscow antifascist Bogdan Yakimenko will turn 27. This will be his third birthday in captivity.

In February 2026, Bogdan was sentenced to 9 years in a penal colony in the Antifa United β€œextremist community” case. According to law enforcement, he was the β€œorganizer” of the Antifa United social media page (an antifascist clothing brand) and the β€œ331 Firm” chat, where attacks on β€œideological enemies” were allegedly planned.

The other defendants, who were charged as β€œmembers of the community” and, unlike Bogdan, had remained free during the proceedings, received shorter but still actual prison sentences. Roman Chizhikov was sentenced to 3.5 years in a penal colony, and Ilya Popov to 2.5 years. Both Chizhikov and Popov cooperated with the investigation and testified against Bogdan. The authorities simply used them and then sent them to prison as well. The fourth defendant in the Antifa United case, Matvey Ostrovsky, died during the trial.

The Antifa United case is not the first time Bogdan has faced prosecution. In January 2020, he and his acquaintance Mikhail Ivanov were attacked in Moscow by a group of eight neo-Nazis. A fight broke out, and Ivanov used means of self-defense. In the end, the antifascists were charged with hooliganism, and later another charge was added: β€œcausing minor bodily harm, motivated by ideological hatred”.

In this case, Yakimenko and Ivanov spent a year under house arrest and were then placed under travel restrictions. After the first verdict, which was subsequently overturned, they spent eight months in pre-trial detention. In 2023, Bogdan was sentenced to 4 years of forced labor. The sentence was appealed and has still not entered into force.

Bogdan has never hidden his views and linked the attention he received from the Center β€œE” anti-extremism police and the FSB to his antifascist activism. He did not want to leave Russia, studied law, and dreamed of becoming a lawyer.

We call on you to support Bogdan. Wish him a happy birthday β€” send him a letter or a postcard!
