Repressions in the Antifa-Ost complex continue

As has now become known, Lina E. and three other people from the Antifa East complex are being investigated again. Including against an anti-fascist who is currently wanted by the BKA. The subject of the investigation is an incident in 2019 in which some fascists were injured on their way home from a right-wing demonstration.

In wild investigative zeal, the Federal Prosecutor's Office now seems to simply attribute all unexplained acts to the Antifa-East complex. The investigations against the three anti-fascists were based on “similar offenses”, for which some of them had already been convicted. There seems to be no solid evidence.

What is particularly explosive is that the investigation is being conducted into “attempted murder”. Apparently the repressive authorities are not yet satisfied with the punishments against the anti-fascists and now want to use these exaggerated allegations to further expand the investigation and impose harsher punishments.

A court in Rome has denied the request to release the anarchist political prisoner Alfredo Cospito from solitary confinement under the cruel “41bis” regime. Starting a year ago, Alfredo undertook a life-threatening four-month hunger strike demanding to be transferred. This coincided with solidarity actions throughout Italy and around the world.

Even Alfredo's worst enemies, officials from the anti-terrorism departments, recommended his transfer. But the court is determined to impose as much suffering as possible.
