"Level up in 30 days" nomli challengemiz o'z nihoyasiga yetdi 🥳🥳

Bu challenge menga qanday foyda keltirdi?

👇Quyida bu haqida maʼlumot berib o'taman:

1) "Responsibility skills" ya'ni mas'uliyatlilik ko'nikmasi rivojlandi

2) Ingliz tilida listening, reading, speaking ko'nikmalari ma'lum bir darajada o'sdi

3) Sport bilan shugʻullanish odati yanada mustahkamlandi

4) O'zimni soham ya'ni logistika bo'yicha, challenge davomida qo'shimcha ma'lumotlarga ega bo'ldim

5) Ertalab turish vaqti 1 oy oldingiga nisbatan o'zgardi.

6) Ingliz tilida pronunciation(so'zlarni talaffuz qila olish qobiliyati) yaxshilandi.

7) Deyarli har kuni ingliz tilida maqola o'qish davomida, har xil mavzular bo'yicha fundamental ma'lumotlarga ega boʻldim.

Hammaga tavsiya qilaman. Ishonavering, yillar davomida qilmoqchi bo'lib, o'ylab yurgan ishlaringizni shu kabi challengeda chegaralangan vaqt mobaynida bitirib qo'yasiz.

🏆 Sport bilan shugʻullanish odatini qanday shakllantirish mumkin?

Hozir sizlarga o'zim foydalangan va zo'r ishlagan usul haqida gapirib bermoqchiman:

🎯 Buning uchun siz oldin Ertalablari qiladigan eng yaxshi ko'rgan odatingizni toping. Kimdadir bu suv ichish odati yoki kimgadir ibodat qilish va hokazo

Har ertalab o'sha yaxshi ko'rgan odatingizni qilishingizdan keyin, atigi 5 minut Sport bilan shugʻullaning.

✓ Buni zo'r tarafi shundaki, siz yaxshi ko'rgan odatingizni qilish uchun ertalab barvaqtroq turasiz va 5 minut juda kam vaqt ekanligini sezib, o'zingizni ortiqcha qiynamasdan, shunchaki qilib qo'yasiz

🌚 Kechqurun uxlashdan oldin, sport kiyimlaringizni taxlab, biror aniq joyga qo'ysangiz, ertalab bu uchun ortiqcha vaqt yo'qotmaysiz.

⚡️ Bu usul shuni anglatadiki, oldin shakllantirgan odatingizga boshqa bir odatni bog'lasangiz, yangi odatni qilish nisbatan osonroq bo'ladi.

10-15 kundan keyin 10 minutga oshiring. 1 oydan so'ng 20 minutga.

📣 Agar Telegram kanalingiz bo'lsa, unga har kechqurun ertaga ertalab Sport bilan shugʻullanishingizni bildiruvchi post qo'yib boring(obunachilaringiz bilsin). Bundan maqsad, siz boshqalarga bergan va'dangizni ustidan chiqish uchun ertalab turib o'sha mashqni bajarishga majbur bo'lasiz.

👥 Agar Telegram kanalingiz bo'lmasa, unda shu odatni shakllantirmoqchi bo'lgan biror do'stingizni toping. Har kechqurun bir-biringizga "ertalab 5 yoki 5.30 da turib 5-10 minut shug'ullanamiz" deb va'da bering. Ertalab turib haqiqatdan ham sport bilan shugʻullanayotganligiz to'g'risida videoxabar yuborsangiz, bu bir-biringizga bo'lgan ishonchni oshiradi. Kun kelib qarabsizki, ikkalangiz uchun ham bu odat shakllanib qoladi. Vaqt o'tib birovga va'da bermasdan ham o'zingiz qilib qo'yadigan bo'lasiz.

👇 Men bu borada quyidagicha yo'l tutganman: Telegramda "Matematika" nomli kanalimda "100 misolga 100 yechim" nomli bir loyiha tashkillashtirdim. Har kuni soat 06:00 da kanalga 2 ta qiziqarli misol tashlanadi deya eʼlon berdim. Ertasi kuni 06:00 da esa, oldingi kun misollarining yechimlari tashlanib, so'ng bugungi kun misollar beriladi. Men bu ishni qilish uchun majbur bo'lib ertalab barvaqtroq turardim (chunki 150 ta obunachiga va'da berib qo'yganman). Bu ishni qilganimdan so'ng shunchaki 5-10 minut ertalabki badantarbiya mashg'ulotlarini bajarar edim. 50 kundan so'ng bu mening eng sevimli odatimga aylandi. Mana 2 yildirki, bu odat hayotimda muhim rol o'ynaydi. 1 kun qilmay qo'ysam, kuni bo'yi o'zimni xuddi nimadandir qolib ketganday his qilaman.
