We are thrilled to celebrate community spirit, health, and vitality today with our โDragon Boat Raceโ at our 50m lap pool!
๐ A Quick Glimpse into History: The Dragon Boat Festival (Duanwu) dates back over 2,000 years to ancient China. It most famously commemorates Qu Yuan, a beloved patriotic poet and minister. When his homeland fell to rivals, he threw himself into the Miluo River out of despair. Locals rushed out in boats to save himโa race that inspired today's thrilling dragon boat competitions. To protect his body from fish, they threw packets of sticky rice into the water, which evolved into the traditional Zongzi (rice dumplings) we enjoy today.

To further enhance the security and safety of AXIS Residences, the Property Management will be upgrading the existing lift access card system to a new and more secure system.
During the upgrade period:
The existing lift access card system will be removed and replaced with the new system.
All lifts will operate without access card control during this period to ensure uninterrupted access for all residents and tenants.
Once the installation is completed, the new lift access card system will be activated.
Access Card Replacement
We kindly request all residents and tenants to bring their existing access card(s) to either:
AXIS Residences Sales Office at Waiting Lounge Ground Floor, or Property Management Office Level 1 block 2A
Operating Hours:
8:00 AM โ 6:00 PM (Daily)
Our team will replace your old access card with a new one that is compatible with the upgraded system.
We encourage everyone to complete the replacement within the upgrade period to avoid any inconvenience once the new system becomes operational.
We sincerely apologize for any temporary inconvenience caused during this upgrade and appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we continue to improve the safety and security of our community.
