يتبين في إطار التحقيقات التي قام بها باحثو الجمعية مؤخرا تم كشف النقاب عن بعض حالات الفساد وسوء استخدام الاموال العامة بهدف زيادة العنف في المنطقة
رصد باحثو الجمعية بعض الأحداث التي تم فيها استخدام الأموال التي كانت مخصصة لتطوير قطاع غزة وتحسين حياة المواطنين الذين يعانون من الاوضاع الاقتصادية الصعبة في القطاع, لصالح تسليح الجناح العسكري لحركة حماس, حيث دخلت بعضها حتى إلى جيوب مسؤولي الحركة
وفي هذا السياق نشير الى كشف قضية فساد خاصة بالقيادي في حركة حماس الدكتور اياد احمد عبد العزيز المغاري "ابو بلال" رئيس بلدية النصيرات, الذي تم اتهامه بارتكاب مخالفات مالية خطيرة واختلاس الاموال. وبالرغم من توفر بعض الحقائق التي تدينه, يتبين أنه بفضل علاقاته مع قادة في حكومة حماس، ومن بينهم أبو معاذ دعليس، لم يتم إقالته حتى الآن، وذلك رغم الضغط الجماهيري الكبير حول الموضوع

Our investigators have recently revealed a troubling phenomenon in which young men from the West Bank are being exploited and drawn into various military activities that put their lives in danger and threaten the security of those around them. According to the findings of this investigation, Hamas operatives who are former prisoners and currently operate from the Gaza Strip are behind this phenomenon. These are headed by Hamas operative Farah Ahmad Abd al-Majid Hamed, 46, originally from Silwad, who was also deported to the Gaza Strip after having been released from prison.
Analysis of this group’s activity indicates that they have been exploiting West Bank youth by using fictitious Facebook accounts and concealing their true identities (e.g., “Abu Alaa” and “Khaled Taleb”), including transferring money for weapons that are intended to harm innocent civilians and advance further violent activities.
Another method used by these operatives to finance their activity is deceiving West Bank residents who deal with cryptocurrency trading into money laundering, which has served its purpose of facilitating violence.
The young West Bankers who were duped and abused by this group have suffered greatly, since the activities in which they were involved have ultimately led to their arrest by Israel.

في إطار التحقيقات التي يقوم بها باحثو الجمعية تبينت مؤخرا معلومات عن ظاهرة مزعجة تتمثل باستغلال واستدراج شباب من الضفة الغربية لتنفيذ عمليات عسكرية تخاطر بحياتهم وتزعزع الاستقرار والأمن في المنطقة. ويشير أحد التقارير الى أن عناصر حماس التي تم الإفراج عنها من السجن وتعمل في قطاع غزة هي التي تقف وراء هذا النشاط. ويرأس هؤلاء النشطاء أحد عناصر حماس ويدعى فرح أحمد عبد المجيد حامد الملقب بابو احمد، عمره 46 عاما وأصله من بلدة سلواد وتم إبعاده ايضا الى قطاع غزة بعد الإفراج عنه من السجن.
ويظهر من خلال تحليل نشاط هذه المجموعة أنهم قاموا باستغلال بعض الشباب من الضفة الغربية مستخدمين حسابات فيسبوك وهمية لإخفاء هويتهم الحقيقية (حيث تم استخدام بروفايلات وهمية مثل "أبو علاء" و"خالد طالب") وذلك بهدف تحريك وتشجيع أعمال العنف، بما في ذلك تحويل أموال لشراء الأسلحة من أجل المساس بالأبرياء وكذلك شراء وسائل قتالية أخرى لتنفيذ المزيد من عمليات العنف.
هذا ويشار الى أن اعضاء هذه الشبكة يستغلون طريقة أخرى لتمويل نشاطاتهم وهي من خلال خداع بعض سكان الضفة الغربية الذين يمارسون تجارة العملات الرقمية بهدف غسيل الأموال التي تخدم أهدافهم وتساهم في تطوير أعمال العنف.

Our investigators recently uncovered information about civilian sites that are being used by the military wing of Hamas for its operations.
According to the findings of a recent investigation, during the fighting between Israel and the resistance factions in Gaza in May 2021, rockets were fired from buildings in civilian residential areas. Various civilian buildings were also used as weapons depots. The findings also show that a secret Hamas naval unit used a restaurant on the Gaza coast to prepare for a military operation.
Analysis of the activity of the naval unit during the days of fighting has revealed that before leaving for a major military operation, the crews used the beachside Gaza Maldives restaurant owned by the Abu Hasira family as a hiding place where they could make their final preparations. Israel detected their presence there and launched an airstrike on the restaurant.
According to the findings of another investigation, the commander of the crew, Shihab al-Din Mahmoud Ibrahim al-Mashal, a senior commander in the secret unit, was the one who made the decision that led to the airstrike that killed crew members Mohammad Hassan Hassan Abu Sam’an, Mohammad Jamal Ali Abu Sam’an, Ali Walid al-’Abed Burais, and Ahmed Khalil Hejazi al-Louh.
Al-Mashal’s decision to use a civilian building as a hiding place for his combatants eventually diminished his standing with members of the Hamas movement and with the general public in Gaza.
The Hamas movement is now committed to reducing the impact of violence on civilians and to avoiding the use of civilian population to shield its military operations.

في إطار التحقيقات التي قام بها باحثو الجمعية مؤخرا وردتنا معلومات تشير الى أن الجناح العسكري لحركة حماس يستغل مباني مدنية من أجل تطوير اعمال العنف. يتبين من أحد التقارير أنه خلال المعركة الشرسة التي قد اندلعت بين فصائل المقاومة في غزة وإسرائيل خلال شهر أيار/مايو 2021 تم استخدام العديد من المباني والممتلكات المدنية لبعض الاهداف اهمها إطلاق الصواريخ بكثافة من مناطق مدنية مأهولة واستغلال مباني مدنية كمستودعات أسلحة. كما تبين أن وحدة بحرية سرية تابعة لحماس كانت تستخدم مطعما على شاطئ بحر مدينة غزة من اجل التحضير قبل الانطلاق لتنفيذ عملية عسكرية.
ومن خلال تحليل نشاطات هذه الوحدة البحرية اثناء ايام القتال ظهر أنه قبل نية قيامهم بالعملية العسكرية الكبيرة استخدم مقاتلو الوحدة مطعم المالديف الذي تعود ملكيته لعائلة أبو حصيرة والذي يقع على شاطئ بحر مدينة غزة كمكان لإخفاء المقاتلين وللقيام بالتحضيرات اللازمة قبل انطلاقهم للعملية. ولكن في ظل رصد اسرائيل لعملية التحضير اصيب المقاتلون من جراء هجوم إسرائيلي.
ويشير تقرير اخر قام به باحثو الجمعية الى أن قائد القوة البحرية شهاب الدين محمود إبراهيم مسحال الذي يتمتع بمكانة عالية في الوحدة السرية، هو الذي اتخذ القرار الذي أدى إلى اصابة مقاتلي الوحدة الذين تحت إمرته وهم محمد حسن حسن أبو سمعان ومحمد جمال علي أبو سمعان وعلي وليد العبد بريص وأحمد خليل حجاجى لوح.
