A new study has found an association between diets rich in flavonols and a lower risk of disease and mortality in a United States population.
Accruing about 10,000 steps per day was associated with the lowest mortality risk independent of sedentary time, but any amount above 2,200 steps a day showed mortality and cardiovascular risk benefit.
