Virginia’s public water systems could need to spend $390,000 to $2.4 million a year for the next 35 years to clean up a group of chemicals known as #PFAS, according to estimates from the #EPA.

"In the decision, the court canceled dicamba’s over-the-top use, holding that EPA violated FIFRA’s public input requirement before the approval. According to the court, this violation is “very serious,” mainly because the Ninth Circuit previously held that EPA failed to consider the severe risks of over-the-top dicamba in issuing the prior registration."

This is a slippery slope.

While AVFCA believes in toxic-free practices, the government seems to be using 'pesticide regulation' and 'environmentalism' as a means to control #farmers and ultimately the #foodsupply.

We know the government doesn't really care, the #EPA has been allowing chemical companies to poison the environment and wildlife for decades now.
