Open Call: Genius Loci Weimar 2023
Genius Loci Weimar is looking for innovative ideas for facade projections festival.
All interested artists can submit their concept ideas for the competition building 2023, the Bauhaus Museum Weimar. Three concept ideas for the building will be awarded by the jury and a public vote. The winning submissions will be presented in sequence on the façade of the Bauhaus Museum during the festival in late summer.
Theme: "Bauhaus goes AI".
This year Genius Loci Weimar would like to commemorate the Bauhaus Week that took place 100 years ago, and this competition will reflect on tasks and issues surrounding the use of artificial intelligence in art and design.

New features such as the partnership with an important local company.
This time to be "whitewashed" with the sophisticated projection technology of video mapping will be the facade that faces the sea of the Castello Svevo.
Strictly every evening when the sun has set, it will be possible to enjoy a "hyper-technological jam session" in which images and sounds blend to produce a single multi-sensory show.
Participation is free and there is no cost. A set-up is planned inside the castle.
