Benefit Of Making Dua When Seeing Someone Afflicted With A Trial:
Umar رضي الله عنه narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“Whoever sees a person afflicted and says:

TN: Al-Imām ibn al-Qayyim [may Allāh have mercy on him] tells us that _sakeenah_ is mentioned in six verses of the Clear Qur’ān. These verses are:
1. Their prophet further told them, “The sign of Saul’s kingship is that the Ark will come to you - containing reassurance/serenity from your Lord. [Q.2:248]
2. Then Allah sent down His reassurance/serenity upon His Messenger and the believers. [Q.9:26]
3. He reassured his companion, “Do not worry; Allah is certainly with us.” So Allah sent down His serenity upon the Prophet, supported him with forces you ˹believers˺ did not see. [Q.9:40]
4. He is the One Who sent down serenity upon the hearts of the believers so that they may increase even more in their faith. To Allah ˹alone˺ belong the forces of the heavens and the earth. And Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise. [Q.48:4]
5. Indeed, Allah was pleased with the believers when they pledged allegiance to you ˹O Prophet˺ under the tree. He knew what was in their hearts, so He sent down serenity upon them and rewarded them with a victory at hand. [Q.48:18]

Advice to those who have lost blessings (barakah) in their time:
Ibrāhīm Ibn ‘Abdil Wāhid al-Maqdisī advised ad-Ḍiyāʾ al-Maqdisī when he wished to travel the path of knowledge:
“Increase in recitation of the Qurʿān and do not leave it for verily, that will facilitate for you that which you seek in accordance with the amount that you recite.”
ad-Ḍiyāʾ said:
“So I witnessed that, after trying it repeatedly, finding that if I recited a lot (of Qurʿān) it was easy for me to listen to a lot of ahādīth (and study them) and to write them (down), and if I did not recite (Qurʿān) it was difficult.”

SEEKING REFUGE From Being Crushed Beneath A Falling Wall ⚡️
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to say:
(Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minat-taraddi, wal-hadmi, wal-gharaqi, wal-hariqi, wa a'udhu bika an yatakhabbatanish-shaitanu 'indal-mawti, wa a'udhu bika an amuta fi sabilika mudbiran, wa a'udhu bika an amuta ladigha)
O Allah, I seek refuge with You from being thrown from a high place and crushed beneath a falling wall, and drowning and being burned, and I seek refuge with You from being led astray by the Shaitan at the time of death, and I seek refuge with You from from dying in Your cause while fleeing from the battlefield, and I seek refuge with You from dying of a scorpion sting.

When something is difficult for you:
Allaahumma laa sahla 'illaa maa ja'altahu sahlan wa 'Anta taj'alul-hazna 'ithaa shi'ta sahlan
O Allah, there is no ease other than what You make easy. If You please You ease sorrow.
Ibn Hibban in his Sahih (no. 2427), and Ibn As- Sunni (no. 351). Al-Hafidh (Ibn Hajar) said that this Hadith is authentic. It was also declared authentic by 'Abdul-Qadir Al-Arna'ut in his checking of An-Nawawi's Kitabul-Athkarp. p106

REPEATING A AYAT OR SURAH ✨
▪️Question: I dont know many surahs as I am still learning. Was wondering for Taraweeh prayers can i repeatly say the same ones?
▪️Answer: There is nothing wrong with repeating the same surah in Taraweeh prayer, or in any other prayer. Indeed, there is nothing wrong with repeating a surah or a verse within the same rak’ah.
Evidence:
Abu Dharr (رضى الله عنه) said:
"The Prophet (ﷺ) stood reciting a verse and repeating it until morning came. That verse was: "If You punish them, they are Your slaves, and if You forgive them, verily, You, only You, are the All‑Mighty, the All‑Wise." (5:118)
📚: Sunan Ibn Majah 1350 | Hasan
Narrated Abu Sa’eed al-Khudri (رضى الله عنه) that a man heard another man reciting: "Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad (Say (O Muhammad): He is Allah, (the) One)." (Surah Ikhlaas 112) and repeating it.
The next day he came to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and told him about that, and it was as if the man did not think much of that. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "By the One in Whose hand is my soul, it is equivalent to one-third of the Qur'an."

ASK ALLAH WITH HIS GREATEST NAMES ✨
2️⃣ A man was standing and praying. When he bowed, prostrated and recited the Tashahhud, he supplicated, and in his supplication he said:
(Allahumma inni as'aluka bi-anna lakal-hamda, la ilaha illa antal-mannanu badi'us-samawati wal-ardi, ya dhal-jalali wal-ikrami ya hayyu ya qayyumu inni as'aluka)
"O Allah, indeed I ask You since all praise is due to You, there is none worthy of worship but You, the Bestower, the Creator of the heavens and the Earth, O Possessor of majesty and honor, O Ever-living, O Eternal, I ask of You."
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Do you know what he has supplicated with?"
They said: "Allah and His Messenger know best."
He (ﷺ) said: "By the One in Whose Hand is my soul, he called upon Allah by His greatest name which, if He is called by it, He responds, and if He is asked by it, He gives."
