Abu Dharr narrated that:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Whoever says at the end of every Fajr prayer, while his feet are still folded, before speaking: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, Alone without partner, to Him belongs all that exists, and to Him is the praise, He gives life and causes death, and He is powerful over all things, (Lā ilāha illallāh, waḥdahu lā sharīka lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-ḥamdu, yuḥyī wa yumītu, wa huwa
alā kulli shay’in qadīr)’ ten times, then ten good deeds shall be written for him, ten evil deeds shall be wiped away from him, ten degrees shall be raised up for him, and he shall be in security all that day from every disliked thing, and he shall be in protection from Shaitan, and no sin will meet him or destroy him that day, except for associating partners with Allah.”
If You Want Prophet ﷺ's Guarantee To Enter Jannah Then Recite This At Fajr Time.

‎قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : من قال إذا أصبح رضيت بالله ربا وبلإسلام دينا وبمحمد نبيا فأنا الزعيم لآخذن بيده حتى أدخله الجنة.

The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “Whoever says when the morning comes;

‘Raḍeetu Billaahi Rabban Wa Bil Islaami Deenan Wa Bi Muḥammadin Nabiyyan’

(I am pleased with Allāh as the Lord and with Islām as a religion and with Muḥammad as a Prophet)

Then I AM THE GUARANTOR that I will take him by his hand until I enter him in Jannah.”

It was narrated from Juwayriyyah that the Prophet (ﷺ) left her house one morning when he prayed Fajr, and she was in her prayer place, then he came back after the forenoon had come, and she was still sitting there. He said: “Are you still as you were when I left you?” She said: Yes. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: “After I left you I said four words three times, which if they were weighed against what you have said today, they would outweigh it:

Subhaan Allah wa bi hamdih, ‘adada khalqihi, wa ridaa nafsihi, wazinata ‘arshihi, wa midaada kalimaatihi.

سُبْحَانَ اللهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ: عَدَدَ خَلْقِهِ، وَرِضَا نَفْسِهِ، وَزِنَةَ عَرْشِهِ وَمِدَادَ كَلِمَاتِهِ

Narrated by Muslim, 2726.
*DUA SEEKING REFUGE FROM HUNGER AND BETRAYAL OF TRUST'S*

Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to supplicate:

*اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْجُوعِ؛ فَإِنَّهُ بِئْسَ الضَّجِيعُ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْخِيَانَةِ؛ فَإِنَّهَا بِئْسَتِ الْبِطَانَةُ*

*Allahumma inni a'udhu bika minal- ju'i, fa-innahu bi'sad-daji'u; wa a'udhu bika minal-khiyanati, fa-innaha bi'satil-bitanah*

*O Allah! I seek refuge in You from hunger; surely, it is the worst companion. And I seek refuge in You from treachery; surely, it is a bad inner trait.*

اَللّٰهُمَّ أَلِّفْ بَيْنَ قُلُوْبِنَا ، وَأَصْلِحْ ذَاتَ بَيْنِنَا ، وَاهْدِنَا سُبُلَ السَّلَامِ ، وَنَجِّنَا مِنَ الظُّلُمَاتِ إِلَى النُّوْرِ ، وَجَنِّبْنَا الْفَوَاحِشَ مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا وَمَا بَطَنَ ، وَبَارِكْ لَنَا فِيْ أَسْمَاعِنَا ، وَأَبْصَارِنَا ، وَقُلُوْبِنَا ، وَأَزْوَاجِنَا ، وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا ، وَتُبْ عَلَيْنَا إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ التَّوَّابُ الرَّحِيْمُ ، وَاجْعَلْنَا شَاكِرِيْنَ لِنِعَمِكَ مُثْنِيْنَ بِهَا عَلَيْكَ ، قَابِلِيْنَ لَهَا ، وَأَتِمِمْهَا عَلَيْنَا.

Allāhumma allif bayna qulūbinā, wa aṣliḥ dhāta bayninā, wa-hdinā subula-s-sālām, wa najjinā mina-ẓ-ẓulumāti ila-n-nūr, wa jannibna-l-fawāḥisha mā ẓahara minhā wa mā baṭan, wa bārik lanā fī asmāʿinā, wa abṣārinā, wa qulūbinā, wa azwājinā, wa dhurriyyātinā, wa tub ʿalaynā innaka Anta-t-Tawwābu-r-Raḥīm, wa-jʿalnā shākirīna li-niʿamik muthnīna bihā ʿalayk, qābilīna lahā, wa atmimhā ʿalaynā.

O Allah, unite our hearts, set aright our relationships, and guide us to the paths of peace. Bring us out of darknesses into light and protect us from evident and hidden obscenities. Bless us in our hearing, our sight, our hearts, our spouses and our children. Accept our repentance. Indeed, You truly are the Acceptor of repentance, the Ever-Merciful. Make us of those who are grateful for Your blessings, who praise You for them and acknowledge them. Perfect (the blessings) and make them last forever for us. Aameen ❤️

Ibn Mas’ūd (raḍiy Allāhu ‘anhu) narrates that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said [the above]. (Hākim 977)
It was narrated from ‘Aa’ishah (may Allaah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to say in his prayer:

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْمَأْثَمِ وَالْمَغْرَمِ

Allaahumma inni a’oodhi bika min al-ma’tham wa’l-maghram

O Allaah, I seek refuge with You from sin and heavy debt

Someone said to him: How often you seek refuge from heavy debt!

He said (ṣall Allahu ʿalayhi wa-’ālihi wa-sallam): When a man gets into debt, he speaks and tells lies, and he makes a promise and breaks it.

[Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 832 and Muslim, 589]
'Abdullah bin 'Umar (May Allah be pleased with them) reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) used to supplicate this:

"Allahumma inni a'udhu bika min zawali ni'matika, wa tahawwuli 'afiyatika, wa fuja'ati niqmatika, wa jami'i sakhatika

(O Allah! I seek refuge in You against the declining of Your Favours, passing of safety, the suddenness of Your punishment and all that which displeases You)."

Narrated Anas ibn Malik Radhi allahu anhu( To get the protection from the diseases) The Prophet Sal-Allahu Alaihi Wasallam used to say:

*اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْبَرَصِ وَالْجُنُونِ وَالْجُذَامِ وَمِنْ سَيِّئِ الأَسْقَامِ*

Allahumma inni Auzubika minal-barasi, Wa Al-jununi, Wal-judami, wa min sayyiil-Asqam.

(O Allah! I seek refuge in You from leprosy, madness, elephantiasis (parasite infection) , and evil diseases)
.

COMBATING AGAINST SIHR, EVIL EYE AND JINN.

One of the greatest means of protecting and combating oneself against the evil effects of witchcraft ,evil eye/envy and jinn is to persist in regularly reciting the Adhkaar .They prevent against witchcraft ,evil eye/envy and jinn possession before it happens, protecting one against it and warding off its evil, and remedying it if it does happen.

Those who have tried these supplications prayers for refuge on a regular basis morning and evening know their value and benefit and how a great need there is for them.
أعوذ بكلمات الله التامات من شر ما خلق
“A‘udhu bi kalimat Allaah al-taammaat min sharri ma khalaq
“I seek refuge in the Perfect Words of Allah from the evil of what He has created.”
Say in the morning and in the evening (thrice):
أعوذ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللهِ التَّامَّةِ مِن كُلِّ شَيطَانٍ وَهَامَّة ، وَمِن كُلِّ عَينٍ لَامَّة
A’udhu bi kalimaat-Allaah il-taammah min kulli shaytaanin wa haammah wa min kulli ‘aynin laammah
I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from every devil and poisonous reptile, and from every envious evil eye. (thrice):
أعوذ بكلمات الله التامات من غضبه وعقابه، وشر عباده ومن همزات الشياطين وأن يحضرون.
‘Aūdhu Bikalimātil-Lāhit-Tāmmāti Min Ghađabihi Wa Iqābih, Wa Sharri Ibādihi Wa Min Hamazātish-Shayāţīni Wa ‘An Yaĥđurūn. (thrice):
‘I take refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His anger and punishment, and from the evil of His servants, and from the madness and appearance of devils.’
بِسْمِ اللهِ الَّذِي لا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيءٌ فِي الأَرْضِ وَلا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيْعُ العَلِيْمُ.
“Bismillahi alladhi la yadurru ma’ ismihi shai’un fil-ardi wa-laa fil-samaa’i wa huwa al-Samee’u al-‘Aleem” (thrice):
“In the Name of Allah, with Whose Name nothing on the earth or in the heaven can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.”
حَسْبِيَ اللهُ لا إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَهُوَ رَبُّ العَرْشِ العَظِيْمِ. (سَبْعَ مَرَّاتٍ حِيْنَ يُصْبِحُ وَيُمْسِي
Ĥasbiyal-Lāhu Lā ‘Ilāha ‘Illā Huwa
Alayhi Tawakkaltu Wa Huwa Rabbul-Arshil-Ažīm.
(seven times morning & evening)
‘Allah is Sufficient for me, none has the right to be worshipped except Him, upon Him I rely and He is Lord of the exalted throne.’ (seven times morning and evening)
يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّوْمُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ أَسْتَغِيْثُ، أَصْلِحْ لِي شَأْنِي كُلَّهُ، وَلا تَكِلْنِي إِلَى نَفْسِي طَرْفَةَ عَيْنٍ.
Yā Ĥayyu Yā Qayyūmu Biraĥmatika ‘Astaghīth, ‘Aşliĥ Lī Sha’nī Kullah, Wa Lā Takilnī ‘Ilá Nafsī Ţarfata Ayn.
‘O Ever Living, O Self-Subsisting and Supporter of all, by Your mercy I seek assistance, rectify for me all of my affairs and do not leave me to myself, even for the blink of an eye.’
اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ السَّمَوَاتِ السَّبْعِ وَرَبَّ العَرْشِ العَظِيْمِ، رَبَّنَا وَرَبَّ كُلِّ شَيءٍ، فَالِقَ الحَبِّ وَالنَّوَى، وَمُنَزِّلَ التَّوْرَاةِ وَالإِنْجِيْلِ، وَالفُرْقَانِ، أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ شَيءٍ أَنْتَ آخِذٌ بِنَاصِيَتِهِ. اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ الأَوَّلُ فَلَيْسَ قَبْلَكَ شَيءٌ، وَأَنْتَ الآخِرُ فَلَيْسَ بَعْدَكَ شَيءٌ، وَأَنْتَ الظَّاهِرُ فَلَيْسَ فَوْقَكَ شَيءٌ، وَأَنْتَ البَاطِنُ فَلَيْسَ دُوْنَكَ شَيءٌ.
Al-Lahumma Rabbas-Samawātis-Sab
i Wa Rabbal-Arshil-Ažīm, Rabbanā Wa Rabba Kulli Shay’, Fāliqal-Ĥabbi Wan-Nawá, Wa Munazzilat-Tawrāti Wal-’Injīl, Wal-Furqān, ‘Aūdhu Bika Min Sharri Kulli Shay’in ‘Anta ‘Ākhidhun Bināşiyatih. Al-Lahumma ‘Antal-’Awwalu Falaysa Qablaka Shay’, Wa ‘Antal-’Ākhiru Falaysa Badaka Shay’, Wa ‘Antaž-Žāhiru Falaysa Fawqaka Shay’, Wa ‘Antal-Bāţinu Falaysa DūnakaShay’,
‘O Allah, Lord of the seven heavens and the exalted throne, our Lord and Lord of all things, Splitter of the seed and the date stone, Revealer of the Tawrah, the Injeel and the Furqan, I take refuge in You from the evil of all things You shall seize by the forelock (i.e. You have total mastery over). O Allah, You are The First so there is nothing before You and You are The Last so there is nothing after You.
You are Aththahir so there is nothing above You and You are Al-Batin so there is nothing closer than
Tawrah: The book revealed to Moosa
Injeel: The book revealed to Easa
Furqan: One of the many names of the Quran, means: The Criterion which distinguishes between truth and falsehood.
Aththahir: Indicates the greatness of His attributes and the insignificance of every single creation in respect to His greatness and Highness, for He is above all of His creation as regards His essence and attributes.
Al-Batin: Indicates His awareness and knowledge of all secrets, of that which is in the hearts and the most intimate of things just as it indicates His closeness and nearness to all in a manner which befits His majesty.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي عَبْدُكَ, ابْنُ عَبْدِكَ, ابْنُ أَمَتِكَ, نَاصِيَتِي بِيَدِكَ، مَاضٍ فِيَّ حُكْمُكَ، عَدْلٌ فِيَّ قَضَاؤُكَ, أَسْأَلُكَ بِكُلِّ اِسْمٍ هُوَ لَكَ, سَمَّيْتَ بِهِ نَفْسَكَ, أَوْ أَنْزَلْتَهُ فِي كِتَابِكَ، أَوْ عَلَّمْتَهُ أَحَداً مِنْ خَلْقِكَ, أَوِ اسْتَأْثَرْتَ بِهِ فِي عِلْمِ الغَيْبِ عِنْدَكَ, أَنْ تَجْعَلَ القُرْآنَ رَبِيْعَ قَلْبِي، وَنُوْرَ صَدْرِي, وَجَلَاءَ حُزْنِي, وَذَهَابَ هَمِّي.
Al-Lahumma ‘Innī Abduk, ‘Ibnu Abdik, ‘Ibnu ‘Amatik, Nāşiyatī Biyadik, Māđin Fīya Ĥukmuk, Adlun Fīya Qađā’uuk, ‘As’aluka Bikullis-Min Huwa Lak, Sammayta Bihi Nafsak, ‘Aw ‘Anzaltahu Fī Kitābik, ‘Aw Allamtahu ‘Aĥadan Min Khalqik, ‘Awis-Ta’tharta Bihi Fī Ilmil-Ghaybi Indak, ‘An Tajalal-Qur’āna Rabīa Qalbī, Wa Nūra Şadrī, Wa Jalā’a Ĥuznī, Wa Dhahāba Hammī.
‘O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant, my forelock is in Your hand (i.e. You have total mastery over), Your command over me is forever executed and Your decree over me is just. I ask You by every name belonging to You which You named Yourself with, or revealed in Your Book, or You taught to any of Your creation, or You have preserved in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Quran the life of my heart and the light of my breast, and a departure for my sorrow and a release for my anxiety.’

اللَّهُمَّ رَحْمَتَكَ أَرْجُو فَلا تَكِلْنِي إِلَى نَفْسِي طَرْفَةَ عَيْنٍ، وَأَصْلِحْ لِي شَأْنِي كُلَّهُ لا إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ.
Al-Lahumma Raĥmataka ‘Arjū Falā Takilnī ‘Ilá Nafsī Ţarfata Ayn, Wa ‘Aşliĥ Lī Sha’nī Kullahu Lā ‘Ilāha ‘Illā ‘Ant.
‘O Allah, it is Your mercy that I hope for, so do not leave me in charge of my affairs even for a blink of an eye and rectify for me all of my affairs.None has the right to be worshipped except You.’
هُوَ الأَوَّلُ وَالآخِرُ وَالظَّاهِرُ وَالبَاطِنُ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَيءٍ عَلِيْمٌ
He should also recite the following verse:
(huwal-’Awwalu Wal-’Ākhiru Waž-Žāhiru Wal-Bāţinu Wa Huwa Bikulli Shay’in
Alīm).
‘He is The First and The Last, Aththahir and Al-Batin and He knows well all things.’
Aththahir: Indicates the greatness of His attributes and the insignificance of every single creation in respect to His greatness and Highness, for He is above all of His creation as regards His essence and attributes.
Al-Batin: Indicates His awareness and knowledge of all secrets, of that which is in the hearts and the most intimate of things just as it indicates His closeness and nearness to all in a manner which befits His majesty.
اللَّهُمَّ لا سَهْلَ إِلاَّ مَا جَعَلتَهُ سَهْلاً، وَأَنْتَ تَجْعَلُ الحَزَنَ إِذَا شِئْتَ سَهْلاً.
Al-Lahumma Lā Sahla ‘Illā Mā Jaaltahu Sahlā, Wa ‘Anta Tajalul-Ĥazana ‘Idhā Shi’ta Sahlā.
‘O Allah, there is no ease except in that which You have made easy, and You make the difficulty, if You wish, easy.’
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوْذُ بِكَ أَنْ أُشْرِكَ بِكَ وَأَنَا أَعْلَمُ، وَأَسْتَغْفِرُكَ لِمَا لا أَعْلَمُ.
Al-Lahumma ‘Innī ‘Aūdhu Bika ‘An ‘Ushrika Bika Wa ‘Anā ‘Alam, Wa ‘Astaghfiruka Limā Lā ‘A`lam.
‘O Allah, I take refuge in You lest I should commit shirk with You knowingly and I seek Your forgiveness for what I do unknowingly.’
أعوذ بكلمات الله التامات التي لا يجاوزهن بر ولا فاجر من شر ما خلق، وبرأ وذرأ، ومن شر ما ينزل من السماء ومن شر ما يعرج فيها، ومن شر ما ذرأ في الأرض ومن شر ما يخرج منها، ومن شر فتن الليل والنهار، ومن شر كل طارق إلا طارقا يطرق بخير يا رحمن.
‘Aūdhu Bikalimātil-Lāhit-Tāmmātil-Latī Lā Yujāwizuhunna Barrun Wa Lā Fājirun Min Shsharri MāKhalaq, Wa Bara’a Wa Dhara’, Wa Min Sharri Mā Yanzilu Minas-Samā‘i Wa Min Sharri Mā Yaruju Fīhā, Wa Min Sharri Mā Dhara’a Fīl-’Arđi Wa Min Sharri Mā Yakhruju Minhā, Wa Min Sharri Fitanil-Layli Wan-Nahār, Wa Min Sharri Kulli Ţāriqin ‘Illā Ţāriqan Yaţruqu Bikhayrin Yā Raĥman.
‘I take refuge within Allah’s perfect words which no righteous or unrighteous person can transgress, from all the evil that He has created, made and originated. (I take refuge) from the evil that descends from the sky and the evil that rises up to it. (I take refuge) from the evil that is spread on Earth and the evil that springs from her, and I take refuge from the evil of the tribulations of night and day, and the evil of one who visits at night except the one who brings good, O Merciful One.’

اللهم انت ربي لا اله الا انت عليك توكلت وانت رب العرش العظيم, ما شاء الله كان ومالم يشأ لم يكن, ولا حول ولا قوة الا بالله العلي العظيم, اعلم ان الله على كل شىء قدير, وان الله قد احاط بكل شيء علما, اللهم اني اعوذ بك من شر نفسي, ومن شر كل دابة انت آخذ بناصيتها, ان ربي على صراط مستقيم
‘Allah-humma, anta rabbi, laa ilaaha illaa Anta, ‘alaika tawakkaltu wa anta rabbul ‘arshil kareem maashaa Allahu kaana wa maLam yasha’ lam yakun-wa laa hawla wa lla quwwata illaa bil-Laahil A’liyyil ‘Atheem. A’lamu annallaaha ‘alaa kulli shay in qadiyrun-wa annallaaha qad ahaata bikulli shay in ilmaa. Allah-humma inni a’uthu bika min sharri nafsiy wa min sharri kulli daabbatin ants aakhithum bi naasiyatihaa inna rabiy ‘alaa siraatim mustaqiym.’
(Oh Allah, You are my Lord. There is nothing worthy of worship except You. I place all of my trust and reliance in You and You are the Lord of the Noble Throne. Whatever Allah wishes takes place, and whatever He does not desire, does not occur, and there is no power and no strength except in Allah, The Exalted, The Mighty. I know that Allah is Powerful over all things and that Allah has knowledge of all things. Oh Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of my nafs (self) and from the evil of every crawling creature. You are master over them. Verily, You are Lord of the Straight Path.)
اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لّا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ، خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ، وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتَ، أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتَ، أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ، وَأَبُوءُ بِذَنْبِي فَاغْفِر لِي فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
Alahumma anta rebi la ilaha ila ant, khalacktanee, waana abduk, wa ana ala ahdick wa wahdick mstata-ht, authu bika min shree ma sana-ht, aboouh laka bi ni’mateeka aley, wa aboouh bi thenbee faghfirlee fa inawho la yeghfr uthunooba illa ant.’
(O Allah, You are my Lord. None has the right to be worshipped but You. You created me and I am Your slave. I am faithful in my covenant and my promise (to You) as much as I can. I seek refuge in You from all the evil I have done. I acknowledge before You all the blessings You have bestowed upon me, and I confess to You all my sins. So I entreat You to forgive my sins, for nobody can forgive sins except You.)
Since fear and anxiety is a part of human life, It was from the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ that he would ask Allah ﷻ every morning and every evening to protect him from what he fears.

The Prophet ﷺ would supplicate saying:

وآمن روعاتي

"O Allah, ...and protect me from what I fear”
(Sunan Abu Dawud: 5074).

اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَافِيَةَ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ ، اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ الْعَفْوَ وَالْعَافِيَةَ فِيْ دِيْنِيْ وَدُنْيَايَ وَأَهْلِيْ وَمَالِيْ ، اَللّٰهُمَّ اسْتُرْ عَوْرَاتِيْ وَآمِنْ رَوْعَاتِيْ ، اَللّٰهُمَّ احْفَظْنِيْ مِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَيَّ ، وَمِنْ خَلْفِيْ ، وَعَنْ يَّمِيْنِيْ ، وَعَنْ شِمَالِيْ ، وَمِنْ فَوْقِيْ ، وَأَعُوْذُ بِعَظَمَتِكَ أَنْ أُغْتَالَ مِنْ تَحْتِيْ.

Allāhumma innī as’aluka-l-ʿāfiyata fi-d-dunyā wa-l-ākhirah. Allāhumma innī as’aluka-l-ʿafwa wa-l-ʿāfiyata fī dīnī wa dunyāya wa ahlī wa mālī, Allāhumma-stur ʿawrātī wa āmin rawʿātī. Allāhumma-ḥfaẓnī mim bayni yadayya wa min khalfī, wa ʿay-n yamīnī wa ʿan shimālī wa min fawqī, wa aʿūdhu bi-ʿaẓamatika an ughtāla min taḥtī.

O Allah, I ask You for well-being in this world and the next. O Allah, I ask You for forgiveness and well-being in my religion, in my worldly affairs, in my family and in my wealth. O Allah, conceal my faults and calm my fears. O Allah, guard me from in front of me and behind me, from my right, and from my left, and from above me. I seek protection in Your Greatness from being unexpectedly destroyed from beneath me.
It is a common habit amongst many Muslims to say 'Māshā'Allah' (Allāh has Willed it) when we see the blessings of Allāh being bestowed upon others, believing it will protect them from evil eye. However, this is not correct as Shaykh Badr al-ʿUtaybī حفظه الله explains. When it comes to our own blessings and ourselves we should say 'Māshā'Allah' but when it comes to the blessings of others, the Sunnah is that we should ask Allāh to bless it/them, with phrases such as 'Allāhumma Bārik' and 'BārakAllāhu Lahu' and so on, because the Prophet ﷺ instructed the Muslim, if he sees something with his Muslim brothers that he admires, to pray for barakah (blessings) for them.

He ﷺ said in a ḥadīth:

إِذَا رَأَى أَحَدُكُمْ مِنْ أَخِيهِ مَا يُعْجِبُهُ، فَلْيَدْعُ لَهُ بِالْبَرَكَةِ

"If one of you sees something with his brother that he admires, let him pray for blessing (barakah) for him."

[Sunan Ibn Mājah, 3509]

Ibn ʿAbd al-Barr رحمه الله said:

وفي قول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: (أَلَا بَرَّكْت) دليل: على أن العين لا تضر ولا تعدو إذا برك العائن، وأنها إنما تعدو إذا لم يبرك؛ فواجب على كل من أعجبه شيء أن يبرك، فإنه إذا دعا بالبركة، صرف المحذور لا محالة، والله أعلم

"The words of the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ: 'Did you not pray for barakah (blessings) for him?' indicates that the evil eye does not cause any harm if the one who looks at a thing prays for barakah for it; it can only cause harm if he does not offer supplication. So what is required of everyone who admires a thing is to pray for barakah for it. If he prays for barakah, that will inevitably ward off what is feared of harm. And Allāh knows best."

« اللَّهُمَّ انْقُصْ مِنَ الْمَرَضِ، وَلاَ تَنْقُصْ مِنَ الأَجْرِ »

(Allahumman-qus minal-maradi wa la tanqus minal-ajri)

O Allah, lessen the illness but do not diminish the reward.

Virtues of Sūrah al-Falaq and Sūrah al-Nās

• The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “Do you not see that there have been verses revealed to me tonight the like of which has not been seen before. They are (Sūrah al-Falaq and Sūrah al-Nās).” (Muslim)

• Best Ruqyah: ʿĀ’ishah (rad‌iy Alla‌hu ʿanha‌) narrated that whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would become sick, he would recite [the last 3 Sūrahs of the Qur’ān] and then blow over his body. She says: “During his last illness from which he passed away, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to blow over himself. But when his sickness intensified, I used to (recite and then) blow on him (with these Sūrahs), and I would wipe his own hand (over him) because of its blessing” (Bukhārī).

In another hadīth, she mentions that whenever anyone from his family would become ill, he ﷺ would blow over them with these three Sūrahs. (Muslim)

• Best Protection: Sūrah al-Nās and Sūrah al-Falaq are the best protection against envy, evil eye and the devils. Anas (raḍiy Allāhu ʿanhu) said, “The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to seek refuge in Allah from the jinn and the human evil eye until the Muʿawwidhatayn (Sūrah al-Falaq and al-Nās) were revealed. When they were revealed, he adopted them and abandoned everything else” (Tirmidhī).

He ﷺ also said, “Shall I inform you of the best words with which you can seek Allah’s protection?” I said: “Yes.” He ﷺ said, “Sūrah al-Falaq and Sūrah al-Nās.” (Aḥmad)
The Prophet ﷺ said:

أوْلى الناسِ بي يومَ القيامةِ أكثرُهم عليَّ صلاةً

"The people who are most deserving of my closeness on the Day of Judgement are those who send prayers upon me in abundance.' (Source: Jami At-Tirmith: 484, Authenticated by At-Tirmithi)

The time you spend sending prayers upon the Prophet ﷺ, is a reflection of how much you desire to be near to him on that day.
It was narrated that Abu’l-Yusr (radiAllahuanhu) said: The Messenger of Allaah (sallallaahu Alaihiwa sallam) used to say:

“Allaahumma inni a’oodhu bika min al-taraddi wa’l-hadmi wa’l-gharaqi wa’l-hareeq, wa a’oodhu bika an yatakhabbatani al-shaytaan ‘inda al-mawt, wa a’oodhu bika an amoota fi sabeelika mudbiran, wa a’oodhu bika an amoot ladeeghan

(O Allaah, I seek refuge with You from falling from a high place, being crushed (beneath a falling building etc), drowning and burning, and I seek refuge with You from being overpowered by the Shaytaan at the time of death, and I seek refuge with You from being killed (in jihad) for Your sake when fleeing from battle, and I seek refuge with You from dying from a scorpion sting or snake bite).”

Narrated by al-Nasaa’i (5531) and by al-Haakim in al-Mustadrak (1/713). He said: Its isnaad is saheeh although they (al-Bukhaari and Muslim) did not narrate it. Al-Haafiz Ibn Hajar said in Badhal al-Ma’oon (199): it is proven. It was classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Nasaa’i.
