I’m turning 41, but I don’t feel like celebrating.
Our generation is running out of time to save the free Internet built for us by our fathers.
What was once the promise of the free exchange of information is being turned into the ultimate tool of control.
Once-free countries are introducing dystopian measures such as digital IDs (UK), online age checks (Australia), and mass scanning of private messages (EU).
Germany is persecuting anyone who dares to criticize officials on the Internet. The UK is imprisoning thousands for their tweets. France is criminally investigating tech leaders who defend freedom and privacy.
A dark, dystopian world is approaching fast — while we’re asleep. Our generation risks going down in history as the last one that had freedoms — and allowed them to be taken away.
We’ve been fed a lie.
We’ve been made to believe that the greatest fight of our generation is to destroy everything our forefathers left us: tradition, privacy, sovereignty, the free market, and free speech.

A super majority of respondents in the Counter-Currents internal poll of the movement said that we need more lawfare and building alternate institutions.
However, peoples stated subjective preferences don't always correspond to their objective support. In hindsight, a better question would have been if they were willing to fund lawfare and alternate institutions.
Much like the story of The Little Red Hen, everyone in the movement wants to eat the bread but few people want to help bake it.
Its a tough economy, but if you can help the Free Expression Foundation, Counter-Currents, or other alternate institutions and projects out you will have the honor of being one of the few people who act upon their convictions.

Update on Joel Davis.
I just got off the phone from Joel's lawyer and he has stated that Joel is being held in conditions that could only be described as human rights abuse. Joel has had no run out, no shower, and multiple times he has not been fed. He is spending 24 hours a day in lock up instead of the usual 23 hours for solitary confinement.
Victoria and NSW Police have charged Joel another 6 times with hurting peoples feelings with a range of offences for a podcast in December 2024.

Joel has not received any mail since being moved (which is pretty typical for at least a week and sometimes up to a month unfortunately), and has been denied books.
The prison is denying him phone calls to his friends and his mother because "he is a National Security Risk and has no rights". The Commissioner still has not allowed him to call his own mother because it would be a risk to National Security...
Joel has asked for people to send in chapters of books in the pdf form in A4 envelopes, specifically Nietzsche and Heidegger. He has also asked for news articles and I think he deserves to hear twitter gossip.
He wishes everyone a Happy New Year and said "The show goes on".
Please write to Joel and send him interesting twitter threads, essays, articles and chapters of his favourite books.

But the Antifa rioters get let off by their own in DC. Walz and the Somalis would face a jury of other Somalis and their leftist enablers in MN. Leticia James has to be indicted by a left-wing jury and then not have the charges thrown out by a left-wing judge, then face a rabidly anti-Trump jury pool.
