T-Mobile recently changed their process to acquire the Port Pin. Please see below instructions and we will have a one sheeter on SALES PRO APP in the next day or so.
This is the process outlined directly on T-Mobile’s website found at the page below.

What is an eSIM?
-eSIM is an electronic SIM card that activates AT&T service on devices without a physical SIM card
How does a customer activate their service?
-Customers will be asked during iPhone initial setup to activate using the steps below:
-Remove phone from box and turn it on
-Select preferred iPhone language
-Choose a Wi-Fi network
-Confirm phone number and enter information displayed
-Enter last 4 of account holder SSN (MUST be given by account holder)
-Continue to complete iPhone setup
-Signal bars should appear after iPhone setup
What if a customer skips the eSIM setup during the initial iPhone setup?
-Customers can complete eSIM activation after initial iPhone setup using the steps below:
-Go to Settings
-Select Cellular
-Select Add Cellular Plan
-Select “AT&T New Cellular Plan”
-Select “Add Cellular Plan”
-Enter information plus last 4 of account holder SSN (MUST be given by account holder)
-Signal bars will appear after activation is complete
What if a customer does not provide the correct information during setup?
After 3 tries: Customers call 866.895.1099 with correct info, then follow either of the steps above
What if a customer does not have a Wi-Fi to connect to?
-Customers can use a family, friends, or any public free Wi-Fi location
We will be including a LMS training on IMPACT Info over how easy this process is and ways your teams can assist the customer runs into issues.
