Now that you’ve completed the FOMC review, it’s time to apply what you’ve learned.

Exercise

Choose any pair or instrument you want and create a trade plan for your next setup.

Before entering a trade, identify:

Your higher-timeframe bias.
The key liquidity level you expect price to target.
The confirmation you need before entering.
Your entry, stop loss, and take profit levels.
The risk-to-reward ratio of the setup.

Rules

✅ Trade only if your setup meets your plan
✅ One trade idea is enough
✅ No setup = No trade
✅ Focus on quality, not quantity
✅ Follow your risk management rules

📝 After the trade (or at the end of the day), journal the outcome and answer:

Did you follow your plan?
What did you do well?
