Consistent disrespect to asexual women
I'm an asexual female model who is seen as sexually attractive. I tell men that Im seriously grossed out about comments about my body and sexual remarks because I'm asexual and uncomfortable with it but common response is, "then why do you post like that", "why do you wear clothes like that?", "Why do you laugh at sex jokes" and most commonly "sorry I just can't help it. You're so beautiful."
I don't sexualize myself or others so I forget that me just posting a photo from the beach is "sexual" to alot of males. I can't wear what I want without being hyper sexualized... I can't exist without sex being thrown at my face. I can't exist. I was raped by a male (actions against him were already taken) because he didn't believe I was. He said on the confession tape "I just thought I could turn you on eventually."
Being asexual just really opens my eyes to how objectified I am....
