This isn't the flag you're looking for

Ah yes, the Asexual flag. Would recognise it anywhere.

You will never guess what I got told today
I am (16f) aroace, and I am just feeling comfortable to come out to friends now. For some context, I decided to join an LGBTQ+ club for teens outside of school, as my school doesn't have one.
Today, I asked how do I join a club without my mum knowing what the club is, then my friend asked what is the club. So, I told her, she look at me all confused. Then I told her that I am aroace and I explained what it was. And she had the audacity to say, 'You just haven't found the right person yet.' I hated being told that. It made me feel inferior and vulnerable, all because of my identity and the way I feel about romance and sex, and that I have never felt romantic and sexual attraction.
