Tip to prevent throwing up at the word sex?
I am aroace (16f).
We was talk about stereotypical teen traits to day I class and of course sex came up. Then I nearly threw up, every time someone mentioned sex it got worse and worse and than when I had to write the word, that made me feel worse Even writing this makes me sick. We are studying the movie, Juno, so this topic of sex will come up again, what should I do to prevent possibly throwing up? Any tips to deal with this?

People on Reddit are always so outraged when you criticize sex
I'm seriously so tired of seeing people get downvoted to hell/scolded whenever they say they don't like sex or find it disgusting. Sex is viewed as a kind of divine act, and anyone who doesn't like it is a weirdo. It's also always followed by some sentences like : oh maybe you just haven't found the right person? or You'll understand when you have sex for the first time blah blah blah shut the fuck up.
I don't know if I'm asexual yet. I'm probably somewhere under the "asexuality" term. And I just CAN'T understand how sex is so glorified. And why people defend it like it's their own child if someone say they don't like it.
On a site note, another type of comment I hate that I always see is when someone say they don't like sex is: "maybe you're asexual" (posted by people who have no idea what asexuality actually is)
They just see someone who say they don't like sex and just immediatly assume they're asexual (because in their head it's sooo simple- don't like sex=asexual. That's all.) I find this shortcut so wrong. As if you can't not like sexual activities without being asexual, or that all asexual people hate sex.
