Hearing people talk about sex grosses me out to the point I want to vomit and feel my heart tighten. Why is this happening?

My friend was telling me about their sex life. And just the idea of a person I know having sex makes me feel that way. Why is this happening? I want to be a good friend but I also don't want to feel like that all the time I hear about something sexual. Please help. At this point I'm considering abandoning all my friends to make sure I don't feel like that ever again.
