What do I call it when I just- Don't want to have sex?

It's not that I can't feel sexual attraction, because I can. It's not like I don't like masturbation, because I do. It's not that I don't feel romantic feelings, because I do. I am not sex repulsed, I can watch porn and it's fine.

But I don't want to have sex with people. A tentacle monster from another dimension? A weird machine? Might give it a chance. But people? Actual people? Other humans? Yeah, no thanks. Too much touching. Too much sweat and other disgusting fluids. In my head that might be "hot" sometimes. But then I think about the possibility of actually having sex with another person and I realized that I just. Don't want it. I am repelled by it. Me? Actually, having sex? Yeah, not gonna happen. And you know, I actually tried it and it felt disgusting every time. So we never got too far.

So. What do you call this. It feels wrong to call myself asexual because I do feel sexual attraction, although very rarely, and I have considered the label aegosexual before, and it more or less fits. But I don't know.

Why it's nice to see others show pride

For a long while I didn't realize I was ace, and even now I don't see alot of heteromantic ace guys online even, BUT I also didn't REALLY understand why people like to wear pride gear so much but now I do! Kinda

So in class a long while ago, and I saw another dude wearing an ace ring, I didn't talk to him about it or anything, but boy was it nice to see! I personally don't wear a ring in my finger bc I can't wear any rings or bracelets without taking them out in frustration, but to see someone else wearing an ace ring (a dude mind you! Which normally inst super important but I rarely see other ace guys). It just mad eme feel so accepted.

I still don't enjoy rings or wearing them, but I might get one and try it for a while, bc if I can make other people feel as good as a I did then I think that would be pretty cool.

Is sex required in a relationship?

I always see people saying sex is important to a relationship and in media it's shown as hell on earth for somebody and their partner not to have sex for more than a month. Is it possible for me to have a real relationship without it?

I ordered a ace flag

I (20m) am in college, no one in my dorm knows im ace (and I highly doubt they even know what asexuality even is)

A lot of them are the kind of people who believe that being lgbt+ is a "new thing" (I know because one even said it)

I wonder how they'll react to when I put it up
