I don’t identify as ace anymore, but I have this awesome scarf from when I did. I’d love to see someone else appreciate it. Free to whomever wants it, first come first serve, I’ll pay shipping if you’re in the United States.

How many A's are you?

If you fall under any spectrums (a-spec, aro-spec, other specs), then that counts as an A.

Also, explain your A's, please! Just curious to see. :)

Have a nice day :D

Any other aces that don't have touch as a love language?

I see a lot of aces on here that love to touch people and cuddle and stuff like that, but I only like being touched when I consent to it. (Like asking to give me a hug or high five, but anything minor is fine)

My love languages are gift-giving and spending time with people. I love spending time with others, but I feel uncomfortable being too close to people without consent.

I feel out of place like this. Any other aces like this or just me?

So what if there's a chance my asexuality is caused by something?

So what if it might be caused by trauma?
So what if it might be caused by my birth control?
So what if it might be caused by "not having had good sex yet"?

I have no desire to "fix" it. I have no desire to go to a therapist to help me "work through" anything regarding sex. I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything. I'm living life perfectly happy not having sex.

When I look for my next partner, I'm going to look for someone who's asexual, or someone who's okay not having sex. You could say I'm making things harder for myself by cutting off 99% of the population from my dating pool, but what about it? It's my life. Why should anyone care if I'm having sex or not?

Help... Is Something Wrong With Me?

I made an account to ask this one, important question:

What am I?

I'm really struggling to figure out who I am. I am 26, and thought I was lesbian but lately it's felt not quite right.

I see lesbians in media and am completely enamored. But I go on a date with a woman and feel nothing.

I am aroused by pgraphy, but do not necessarily feel attracted to people in the flesh. It's like I can fantasize, but I can't ever make a real connection when it comes down to it.

Please... I'm so confused and I feel like something is wrong with me

Love from a distance,

Me
