serious, is it okay to dress slutty yet not actually want sex?

I'm still figuring myself out. In past relationships I pretty much had sex to please the partner not necessarily because I wanted to. I sometimes had the FOMO thing happening, but after sex I was like wait.. that wasn't all that. My partners always had a good time tho.

I'm 100% sapphic but I don't have a huge burning desire to like hook up. Maybe sometimes I want the sensations, but that's more a tactile thing for me.

I rarely masturbate maybe once every couple weeks. Sometimes I go a month or more.

I need help. Sex in general makes me ill. Mentally and physically. My husband of almost 20 years, is extremely sexual. Says he is only able to fully relax and “connect” with sexual acts.
